Beautifully remodeled studio in the heart of Tarpon Springs. Just an 8-minute drive to the beach, this cozy retreat was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. Featuring a comfy queen bed and a bright, welcoming interior, it’s the perfect spot to relax after exploring the Sponge Docks, downtown, and nearby attractions.

Welcome to our thoughtfully renovated studio, designed with modern boho furnishings and plenty of natural light. Every inch has been lovingly restored to create a cozy, comfortable space for your getaway. This studio is part of a triplex and the studio home has its own private entrance with private yard. The entire home is yours and it is not shared.

Inside you’ll find a comfy queen bed, a stylish living area with TV & WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything from pots, pans, and spices to a Keurig, waffle maker, and even a crockpot. Outside, enjoy your own private yard—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Self check-in is simple and seamless with a secure lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience. Once inside, the whole home and yard are yours to enjoy. Complimentary parking is provided on site.

Never Again!

Parking not sufficient--Too tight and bushes in the way. Three dim solar lights to light path to door. No upper entrance light. Fake grass outside is uneven and difficult to walk on. Dirt & bricks underneath. The area outside with the chairs is very small and only looks onto a wooden fence, maybe 6 feet in front of your face. Bathroom is practically useless. Tile grout is a very dark brown, but looks black towards the bottom & floor of the shower. We stood on a towel so we didn't have to touch what appeared to be black mold----yuck! Have to actually step OVER the toilet to reach the shelves in the picture where the towels & toilet paper are stored. This was ridiculous, to say the least! Anyone of any size or disability would not be able to reach it. No place to set anything down in the bathroom. Soap, conditioner & body wash in containers on the back of the toilet. One had a broken spout and didn't work. No place in the shower to place anything----only on the 6" high floor ledge. No towel racks. The little dining room table almost touches the bathroom door when closed & can only sit there if the bathroom door is open. The other end backed up into the trash can. Only used it to put toiletries. There was no love or thought put into this place. At this price, we expected something nicer and we felt taken and scammed. I feel sorry for the guests who have already booked this place.

Lovely and modern

We enjoyed our stay. This adorable apartment was close to everything we wanted to see in Tarpon Springs. Everything in the apartment was modern, working, and clean. The entry door is sturdy with both a knob lock and a dead bolt. There is plenty of cupboard space, a large refrigerator, and a standard sized oven, which we did not use. The WiFi was strong enough for all of us to use without issue. The bathroom was clean, with clean towels and washcloths, and soap provided. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. There is a small sitting area outside, with chairs and a table. Just enough room for two people to sit and visit. This apartment was perfect for us, comfortably providing just what we needed for our stay in Tarpon Springs.

Great spot!

This was a great spot for accessing by walking the old downtown area of Tarpon Springs and all the great restaurants, taverns and shops. Also wonderful for biking and just walking in general, especially through the older neighborhood and down to the springs where I was greeted my manatees. The studio was just right, bed super comfy and shower was awesome. Being able to park "in the back" , right at the entrance a big plus. Communication with owner was great. Will be back!
