Please Note:
This home is built on stilts with a garage underneath. To access the main living level, guests must use one full exterior staircase, which includes two sets of stairs with a landing platform in between. Once inside, there is an additional interior staircase that leads to the upstairs bedrooms. Stairs are required to access and enjoy the home fully.

Garage Level Disclosure

This home is currently undergoing refinishing on the garage level only. During a recent repair, portions of the drywall were removed to complete the work. That repair has been fully completed, and we are simply waiting for our turn on the schedule to have the drywall refinished.

The remainder of the home is completely unaffected and remains finished and furnished to our usual high standards. The garage area is safe to host and fully functional, but please note that it is not currently up to our typical visual or aesthetic standards while this project is pending.

We anticipate the refinishing to be completed by November 15. We appreciate your understanding as we complete this improvement and assure you that this work does not impact the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of your stay.

General Rules
No Pets Allowed
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on the property.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors and follow quiet hours.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly.

Maximum Occupancy
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Please do not exceed this limit.

Trash Disposal
Guests are responsible for placing trash in the outdoor bins. Ensure all trash is bagged and disposed of properly before check-out.

No Fireworks or Open Flames
Fireworks, candles, or other open flames are not permitted for safety reasons. (Propane grill use is allowed, following posted instructions.)

Restricted Areas
Certain closets or storage areas may be locked and are reserved for owner use. Please do not attempt to access them.

Visitors and Unregistered Guests
Only guests included in the headcount at the time of booking are permitted at the home. If you intend to have additional guests visit during the day, please notify us in advance for approval.

Respect for the Property and Neighborhood
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels reasonable at all other times to respect the peaceful neighborhood.

Protecting Floors
Remove sandy shoes and wet clothing before entering the home to help preserve the floors and furnishings.

Yard Games and Outdoor Equipment
Use all provided equipment (e.g., cornhole, jumbo Jenga, Yardzee) responsibly and return items to their original location after use.

Wildlife Interactions
Do not feed or interact with wildlife, such as birds or raccoons, and keep all food and trash secured to avoid unwanted visits.

Check-Out Procedures
Check-Out Requirements
Place all used towels in the laundry area.
Load and start the dishwasher with any used dishes.
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Dispose of all food in the refrigerator and kitchen trash bins.
Set the thermostat to 75°F.
Ensure outdoor furniture and yard games are returned to their proper place.

The home is stocked with basic starter supplies for your stay, such as toiletries and paper products. Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional items as needed for longer stays.

Broken Items Policy
Accidents happen—please let us know if something breaks so we can address it promptly.

Parking
Parking is limited to 6 vehicles (3 in the garage and 3 in the driveway). Street parking is not permitted to maintain neighborhood standards.
