Newly renovated upscale resort having 665 square foot, it is located on the ground floor without stairs. We have a private backyard with a grill, flowers, and gardens. We also have two covered patios equipped with lights and fans, tables, chairs, and cabinets. The dimensions of patios are not included in the calculation of the total square footage. You can access 150 FREE accessible amenities including 4 swimming pools (2 heated and 2 sparkling), sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, benches, private parking, fitness center, party hall, hot tubs, Bar-b-que grills, shuffleboard, Jacuzzi, sauna, showers, Exercise room (Gym & Billiards), Seawalls- Docks- Piers, Marina facilities, Private fishing dock and 4 fishing piers, Bicycle parking, Party room & board room, Game room with entertainment, Photography and much more... Our community has a gated entry system (Tag/Tag/Fob), we are walking distance from the beach, and no pets are allowed.

The Beach Club Condo Resort unit is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, horse riding, and billiards. Our beautiful flower garden offers a nice atmosphere "Sit and Relax".

We are offering short-term (7 days) and long-term (6 -12 Months) rentals of "One Bedroom" for 4 people (adults, children, babies, and infants). Exceptional experiences that will ensure you have a stress-free and relaxing vacation. An occupant is defined as anyone remaining on association property for a period of longer than 24 hours. Children under 3 and infants don't count toward the number of guests. We offer self-check-in and self-check-out using the keypad after 4:00 PM and before 11:00 AM respectively. Arrivals prior to 4:00 PM may result in a delay in occupying. Every effort will be made to guarantee 4 p.m. check in, however, it is possible that the unit may not be available by 4:00 p.m. Reservations for this resort can be made between 11 PM and 8 AM. The minimum age to book this resort is 25 years old. There are six public parks in Madeira Beach, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats and dolphin watch cruises. There are many dining options in the area, including Mario's Ristorante Italiano, Dave's Dockside Grill and The Angry Pepper. Our room facilities mainly includes a fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Stove, Toaster, Utensils, Coffee Maker etc..) with granite countertops and updated appliances with custom lighting and an open kitchen bar area for additional seating, Adjacent dining area nicely decorated with 4 seats, Two Queen sleeping bed for four people, 2 Sofas, Bathroom Shower, Internet & Ethernet, Wi-Fi inside and outside areas (Clubhouse, Fitness, Sunroom, Small & Large Pool Areas), Dishes, 2 Cable TV (60” Smart TV in the Living Room & 40” Smart TV in the Bedroom), A/C, Dryer, Washer, Linen Towels and much more.. No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation; if the Contracting Guest or the Entrepreneurs will not be occupying the rented property then at least one guest must be 25 years old or older and must be an occupant of rented property for the duration of the rental period and must ensure compliance with the occupancy terms. During the period of rental agreement, all parties must sign in our Pre-Entry agreement form. Royal Rexhost Resort will submit all of our incoming guest details to our MBYCC club house office. You can have your gate pass from the front office MBYCC. Late checkout must be approved by Rexhost management. Late check-out will only be granted if no one is checking into the unit on your departure date. Charge for late checkout is normally a 1/2 days rental plus taxes. Your booking through our website you will save “service charge and or booking fee”, or by the booking rental sites provided. Our gated resort unit and its amenity areas are under the control / surveillance of our community clubhouse. No one (family members, employees, agents, visitors, or any other licensees) shall cause or permit to cause any unusual noises, foul/noxious odor, or any kind of activity that would disrupt occupants of the MBYCC.
