Loved the unit.

Great location. Very clean and roomy for the 4 of us. Washer and dryer in unit was handy. Beds were so comfortable. Quiet. We felt safe walking in and around the resort. Pool was a little crowded but the hot tube was a plus

Location location location!

Beautiful condo with the absolute best location (1/2 block to John's Pass & Boardwalk). Excellent marina view from the balcony. We enjoyed watching dolphins & even a manatee while having morning coffee. Couple improvements/suggestions: perhaps offer dish soap. Bowls are super tiny for adults & teenagers to have cereal, have cleaning staff mop the floors. Our feet turned black fresh out of shower while walking around the unit even on day 1. I had to broom sweep the entire unit upon arrival as sand was everywhere even on the living room rug. Shower curtain liner in master shower needs replaced due to mold. Despite a few housekeeping hiccups we were pleased with this unit. They even had a great beach wagon & umbrella with chairs. Super bonus! Thank you for having us. This was our 3rd time at this particular building (diff units). Plan to keep coming back

Wouldn’t recommend.

Loved the location (how could you not) but the condo was horrible and not worth the price we paid. First impression was cute! Exactly what we were looking for.. just a place to shower, eat and sleep! The more we looked around the more uncomfortable we felt. The walls are filthy! There are black smudges, footprints and handprints on just about every wall! The linen on all the beds seemed dirty! Especially once under the comforter!!! I actually ended up sleeping on top of it and using a blanket brought from home! The bath towels were foul. Each one had multiple, yellow/brown stains all over it. The master bath had hair all through the tub! All different hairs
.. gross!! Neither the shower heads or water pressure were of good quality!! Which in my opinion should be one of the most important fixtures in the whole place. (Next to the washer and dryer, which got the job done) - The listing description says “well-equipped kitchen” but it’s lacking quite a few important necessities. The dishes that are in there were dirty. I assume this is because they leave it up to the previous guest to make sure they’re clean (even though you will pay a hefty cleaning fee). I really hate to complain. I’m typically one to “go with the flow” but my family looks forward to our annual beach vacation and the condo was just a big disappointment. The pool was closed all week, too and they decided not to let anyone know. Madeira is full of rental properties. Pick another with higher standards.

Great location, very comfortable condo. The beach was great. Only issues shower handle broken upon arrival and was not fixed during our stay. Was able to use washcloth to turn shower in and off (not easy). Upon departure received email that there was evidence of a pet in condo, which is true, but was there upon our arrival. I did not complain because in general condo was clean. We will see if the $150 pet fee gets charged to me as was stated in letter I received. If so I will not return. If manager makes this right I will remain satisfied.

Great Place

Stayed here with my husband and some friends for my husband's birthday weekend and we had an amazing time! Beautiful place, very clean, and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and Johns pass. 100% would stay here again!

Unit was nice but the common area was dirty with pet stains everywhere

Location was great!!! Interior of unit was good. Kitchen was not well equipped. We were on the waterside but others who were on the street side complained about the noise. I got off the elevator on our floor and my face fell with the pet stains all over the carpet in the common area.

Made the Best of It

Overall, the stay was okay. We made the best of it for my mom’s birthday. The beds were comfy but the floors were very sandy and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. The walls had scuff marks all over them that a magic eraser could take care of. Our dog found a half eaten donut under a shelf and there were traces of dog food behind the nightstand when we tried to plug in the lamps that wouldn’t work. Pictures were taken if proof is needed.

Nice, convenient, modern condo

It was great to find a dog friendly condo in Mad Beach with literally a 1 min walk to the beach. The condo is on the marina side, which is quieter than beach side because of the busy road. The place has nice art and most everything you need. The walk to John’s pass was quick and easy. The pool for MBR is lacking (small and in the middle of the parking lot), and the pics make you think the neighboring pool by the water is yours, but despite that we were very happy with this condo.

A fantastic beautifully decorated new condo.

We had a great time at this location. Everything was new and clean. The balcony overlooking the marina was great to sit out and enjoy at night. It's close walking distance to John's Pass. The king bed was very comfortable. We would d definitely rent it again.

Beautiful condo, service poor.

The property itself is beautiful, great location. Condo accurately described, beautiful and very comfortable. However, the check in process was poorly run. I was checking in on time as the person who rented it was on a later flight. We were assured after numerous emails back and forth that all the correct paperwork was in order, credit card Authorization form completed and signed by the renter. Assured my name was actually on the reservation so we were able to do this. The person who helped us was extremely helpful. I have all these emails and assurances documented. When arriving I was informed that since they did not have those forms, that were verified, we could not get in. Informed them that they did indeed and showed my confirmation emails. The individual stated they did not have it because the person who confirmed was off the previous day and off this day, and they could not access her email. Obviously not a very good system. Finally worked it out after he agreed to have me send my emails to his, we were checked in. Again, condo exactly as described and very nice. When entering, had to clean the floor, the table and chairs and one bathroom. Did not call management, wanted to start vacation. However when I uncovered the master bed there were body hairs, dirt ect on the sheets. It was very clear that these bed sets had non been washed or changed. The bunk bed sheets were absolutely fine. Walked over to the other building to go to the front desk and informed about it all. Did not intend to address the other issues, however the sheets were to much. The young man was helpful, went and got new sheets for the master. He stated he would have cleaning staff come tomorrow. I carried them back to the condo and made the bed. As the blanket and comforter were dirty, all were placed folded in the hall to be picked up. After calling over there again asking for a blanket and comforter, stated it would be brought the next day. Family slept with their beach towels to stay warm. The following day, a supervisor of housekeeping did come and brought us more sheets, however, no comforter or blanket, called desk and staff stated someone would bring those within 45 mins. We called after an hour as we had dinner reservations and he was unsure We left, when returning there was a one but not both and it never came the rest our the four days. The other issue was the pool, dirty chairs, broken lock, did not use. It again is a very nice condo, very poorly run.

The building is showing wear for being relatively new. This unit was clean and nice. The view of the harbor is great. Great location a block from the beach and next to John’s Pass.

Beautiful condo... but rough start.

Amazing location. Beautiful decor inside. Wonderful accommodations. However, the property management is ROUGH! Check in was horrible first impression - dated lobby, fold up tables, attendant was unpolished, mohawk, tshirt, unable to answer questions, etc. Our room had not be cleaned well, stains, dirt, long hairs in bedsheets, dirty rugs, etc... and we called during check in - and didn't get clean sheets or resolve until next day?
