Great stay. Responsive Hosts. We enjoyed the casual setting and cleanliness. The pool area is awesome, the grandchildren loved the pool.
We Cleaned the Blackstone up and got some great use of it.

This property was so cute. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and we very much enjoyed our stay. We were close to many businesses. We had a 3 day event at vinoy and were only about 2.5 miles from the event.

The location was great, plenty of restaurants close by and a short drive to the beach. It was somewhat disappointing that the pool, which was a large reason for renting this house, was in pretty bad condition. Lots of debris and rocks on the floor and the water was dirty. The handrail up to the loft could probably use more securing as it was very loose. It was also a little uncomfortable given how many personal items were left around the house. It made it hard to settle in as it felt like we were disrupting their home.

The AC worked well, which was a relief, but unfortunately there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. The pool was not clean, which was one of the main reasons we booked this property, and there were no lawn chairs for relaxing outside. Each morning there was a damp, musty smell in the house. We also had to deal with a wasp nest that stung several guests, which made being outside uncomfortable.During a birthday gathering, we struggled using the kitchen because the microwave and toaster kept tripping the breaker (there was no oven which we were aware of). We also found leftover food in the refrigerator and freezer an eaten bowl of ice cream, soggy soup, plus dirty dishes left in the dishwasher when we arrived.Not a horrible stay but will not book again.

Very cute decor, and homey. Hosted a movie night with friends, and the space was perfect. The TV in the living room is pretty small, so I had to bring my own, but there was ample seating for a group of 10 women. The pool was being cleaned by the property manager, but the bottom appeared pretty dirty. There is a 3rd bedroom, but its upstairs and very steep and small. Some people may have trouble getting up and down. There are lots of personal items still in the home, but it didnt affect my stay. Very happy with the stay.

This property is in wonderful location! Walkable to an awesome brewery and short Uber ride downtown. The owner is always reachable and very friendly! It was their family home for many years so they are still in the process of making it a true rental; there were lots of personal items in the home but we were told that before arriving. One thing to note- the largest bedroom is up a small open staircase that may be hard for some to access. The backyard is great for pups!
