Heated to 85°F. Note: Electric heaters are limited by outdoor temps; no refunds for cold-weather performance. 🌡️

Beach Ready: We provide 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels for your trips to the coast. 🏖️
Starter Kit: We provide a start-up supply of shampoo/conditioner, body wash, TP, paper towels, soaps, trash bags, laundry sheets, and coffee. 🧼 Note: We do not restock supplies during your stay.

📋 Important House Rules:
Age/Pets: Primary guest must be 25+. Documented service animals only (ESA not required per FL law). 🐾
Mail: No mail delivery available; please use a local P.O. Box. 📬
Security: Property features a Ring doorbell and exterior cameras for peace of mind. 📸

🕒 Check-In & Booking Policies:
Check-In: 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be offered on arrival morning for $50, subject to availability. 🔑

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Due to the high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned home. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

Payer Requirements: The person paying MUST be added to the booking and MUST e-sign the Rental Agreement. Instructions will be automatically sent at 3 PM on the day of arrival. ✍️

🚨 Strict Cancellation Policy:
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (CFAR Preferred).
There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes health conditions, weather (Hurricane Season June 1 – November 30), Red Tide, or flight cancellations. 🌀✈️
