Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the heated pool, patio, two living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and all bedrooms. You’ll also enjoy the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The outdoor space features a BBQ grill, lounges, daybed, and a putting green for your use. Free beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your convenience. Ample parking is available on the property. Access to everything is provided except for the outdoor sheds and the indoor locked closet. We want you to feel at home and have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Fulton Way Southwest, Largo is located in a quiet, residential area of Largo, a suburban community in Pinellas County, Florida. The neighborhood features well-maintained homes, tree-lined streets, and is conveniently close to shopping, dining, and essential services.



It’s a short drive from local beaches like Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach, as well as parks like Walsingham Park and Florida Botanical Gardens. The area has a family-friendly atmosphere with easy access to major roads for commuting to nearby cities like St. Petersburg and Tampa.



Getting Around:

Getting around the area is fairly easy, thanks to its proximity to major roads and highways:



Car: Most residents rely on cars to get around. The neighborhood is close to West Bay Drive and U.S. Highway 19, providing quick access to other parts of Largo, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg. Beaches, parks, and shopping centers are just a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:

The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. Please note that the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It is typically heated to 83-88°F, depending on the ambient temperature. If the outside temperature is below 50°F, the pool will be heated up to 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. Please note, the pool is not a hot tub.

There is no pool light



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.



For any propane or fire pits on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.





There is no ceiling fan or light by pool anymore.



After booking you will receive a message from our partner Truvi for ID verification and screening. This must be completed before checking in.
