We brought our bikes down to Florida to ride the Pinellas Trail and the Pinellas Trail is right across the street! The causeway is close so easy access to Honeymoon Island and beaches. The condo was clean and accommodating with suggestions where to eat and things of interest. We would stay there again and suggest La Casa Del Mar 608 to friends and family.

The physical location of the property was excellent. The interior was appointed well. The lighting however was poor in the eating area. And the kitchen and the living room. The remote control on one of the TVs did not work. The garbage disposal also did not work. It also appears that the local auto shop has been using the dumpster.

The stay was nice and quiet, close to the beaches and close proximity to shopping. Was not able to use the oven as the glass on the front of the oven somehow shattered when the front door shut. Reported the issue immediately and the property manager called a short time later to discuss the issue. This was our only problem during the stay and nothing the property was in control of. Very satisfied overall!

Great Condo in perfect location!!.... But...

The apartment was almost perfect. Everything was there, from a fully equipped kitchen to a vacuum cleaner and iron and even beach towels. The location is also perfect. Honeymoon Beach is just a few minutes away. Publix and Walgreens are only two minutes away. What is unusual for us Germans, however, is the construction of the houses. The walls are made of "paper." This means that when guests are busy in the other apartments, you can hear every single word and movement. We even heard the snoring of a guest next door. Unfortunately, the traffic on Alt 19 is also noticeably audible. What was most annoying, however, was the AC unit in the middle of the apartment! It is extremely loud, making a restful night impossible.

A week in Dunedin

The condo was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen, good laundry, nice porch, good parking, and comfy bed. The only downside was that we wanted to walk to town and to Honeymoon Island and we put in a LOT of miles on our shoes!

Great location near Dunedin near Honeymoon Island always in walking distance Publix is around the corner is a golf course across the street really enjoyed my stay and the host was easy to work with as I had to change my schedule several times I'll go back as a matter of fact we were booked already no kidding okay have a great vacation here for sure

Adorable condo right off the Pinellas Trail. Everything was updated and clean. You do need a car or bike to go to the beach or into town. It’s pretty central to everything so we were happy to be in such a convenient location in a really nice neighborhood. The hosts were very accessible & gave good instructions on stay. Good value for the area. Recommend!

I enjoyed my stay, it is a great location for doing some biking,as it is across the street from the bike trail. Only two miles from a large number of restaurants/bars/craft breweries/shops. Dunedin is a nice community to stay with everything you need close by, also only about a 8 mile drive to Clearwater Beach. The condo was as advertised and in very good condition. I would stay here again.

Dunedin Beauty

This condo was everything we anticipated and more!!! The rooms were good size, comfortable furniture and bed with a very workable kitchen. The condominium had just been remodeled to our delight. Communication with the host was superb, the unit was exactly as advertised and great location to bike trails. We would highly recommend this property for your stay. We will be coming back next year.

Good location

Allthough not in 'downtown' Dunedin, the location is good. It is adjacent to the PInellas Bike Trail. Easy access to 19A which, going south takes you to Dunedin then Clearwater/St.Pete or, north to Tarpon Springs, etc. There is also offstreet parking for your car. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely rent again!

Great condo

Condo was roomy for a one bedroom. Had a nice balcony and well stocked kitchen. Management was quick to respond when contacted. Location is good but noise from the road is noticeable. Did have a white noise machine, which helped. Would stay again.

Cute, clean and convenient

Rented unit for a week while visiting family friends in area. Unit is well stocked and clean. Great location, in a residential area directly across from Pinellas Trail. Convenient to Honeymoon & Caladesi Islands, and downtown Dunedin is a short ride away. Bike rental, restaurants and groceries within a mile. Walked along Pinellas Trail out onto Dunedin Causeway each morning and saw dolphins and shore birds. Sipped wine and watched sunset from the deck in the evening.

Great stay!

Overall a great condo. Has nice decor and felt very homey. The only issue we encountered was with the shower. It appears there is a clogged drain, so there is a build-up of standing water during showers. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay

This unit is close to downtown and the Causeway. The bed was extremely comfortable and the master bedroom was very spacious with a big walk in closet. We enjoyed sitting out in the deck each morning having our coffee. Kitchen was well stocked and the whole condo was clean and decorated beautifully. We would stay again for sure!

Enjoyed our stay.

Property was clean. Easy access to activities. Was on a walking path. We like to cook rather than eat out. Kitchen was well stocked with more than just essentials. Overall a comfortable stay.
