The Space:

Bright and welcoming, you’ve found the perfect home base for your Clearwater vacation! Just steps away from the beach, you’ll also be within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and beach bars. If you'd prefer to have fun on dry land, go for a scenic stroll through one of the local parks or cast a line and go fishing. Grocery stores and other amenities are an easy drive away.



When you're ready to settle down, return to your vacation home for a relaxing evening. Inside, you’ll find an artistic space, with charming, eclectic furnishings and room to spread out. After spending the day on the sand, lounge blissfully in the central AC while you stream the latest release on either TV. The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and you can grab a bite together at the dining table. The free high-speed WiFi, computer monitor, and dedicated workstation in the guest room will come in handy for anyone completing remote work. End the night out on the balcony toasting your good luck at booking such a sweet escape. The property is very well equipped and in a fantastic location. We were provided with everything we needed for our week (bath towels, beach towels, paper products, toiletries, and cleaning products). It is a very short walk to the beach (you don't even need to cross the street) and we really enjoyed the screened in outdoor space in the mornings.Upon arrival we could not unlock the doors as the code we were given was not accurate. This was very stressful after a long day of traveling. We were fortunate enough to bump into a neighbor who was friends with the owner and who had access to the owner's personal cell phone number. He was able to get the correct code for us to let us in. The property management company did not have the correct code.Although the description states that there are two bedrooms, the second bedroom does NOT have a bed that can comfortably sleep two adults. One of our adults had to sleep on one of the sofa beds in the living room...definitely not ideal!

Good Vacation

Had a few minor issues. The lock wasnt working properly but they fixed it and the washer in the unit didnt work, and after it was fixed, it leaked water every where. But other than that it was a good vacation! Great location, close to the beach!

Nice place
very close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable, and just as listed. Would like Vacasa to reconsider allowing pets though as the property owners seem fine with it. We would stay there again, especially if our small dogs could join us.

Disappointing Stay

Pots, pans and silverware absolutely unusable. Had to but our own to cook and eat with. Dirty patio and laundry room. Hot Shower knob broken no-one showed up to fix for 3 days. Kitchen sink had a leak. 2nd bedroom sleeper is awful need upgrade. Kitchen chairs terrible.

Just as described

The condo was just as described. Conveniently close to the beach in a nice neighborhood with an easy walk to eateries if desired. It was clean and all amenities were as stated, plus a few more such as items to use at the beach. The place is secure and not fancy but it’s very functional so it’s a good value.

Good location. Worn out & uncomfortable furniture, no decent pots or pans, TV streaming is limited.

Location was good, away from the high-rises and very crowded beaches. The furniture is all uncomfortable. No sofas or padded chairs. Only futons and folding chairs in living area. Pots & pans are worn out, no longer non-stick. Appliances are all old. For the money paid this property should be first rate. Instead I give it a C- overall. Will not stay there again.

Clearwater Condominium

Excellent location. Was not given the code for the stairwell to get into the apartment. Had to call the property manager to get the code. Online listing was accurate for The property. Daybeds we’re uncomfortable but queen bed in the bedroom was comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided which was very nice and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Construction is going on across from the building so was noisy at times
