This vacation home welcomes you with a beautiful dining area well stocked kitchen and a large and modern living room . The covered screened patio is equipped with two sitting arrangements to sit/eat comfortable under a nice shaded area and to allow you to watch your kids playing at the pool.
To make it even better the big backyard allowed us to set up another sitting area by firepit
Don’t forget to get some tan laying down on the comfortable beach lounge chairs by the screened and heated pool.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

In front of the house we have security camera that see the driveway and the front yard
There are cameras in the back of the house that are not connected to give the guests privacy.
Pool service comes every Friday if you don’t feel comfortable having them coming during your stay let us know and we can schedule them for another day
