Enter into a bright, fully equipped kitchen featuring brand-new granite countertops and everything you need to cook and gather. Bar seating and a dining table for four keep meals easy, while the open living area offers a queen sleeper sofa and two comfortable chairs for lounging.
Step through the sliders off the living room onto your private balcony — your front-row seat to distant Gulf views. The master bedroom carries that same view from a king-size bed, with an ensuite bathroom featuring both a tub and shower.
Down the hallway you`ll find a dedicated laundry closet with washer and dryer, a guest bath with standup shower, and the second bedroom outfitted with a full-size bed, dresser, and mounted smart TV.
The condo sits on the 4th floor with elevator access — an easy ride up after a day at the beach. Smart TVs throughout keep evenings comfortable, and one reserved parking spot is included for your stay.
Head downstairs to enjoy full resort amenities — a heated pool, jacuzzi, and all the coastal ease you came for. Beach gear is ready and waiting for you: chairs, towels, umbrella, and a buggy to haul it all across the street to the public beach access. Wi-Fi is included throughout.

Guests enjoy full resort privileges, including access to the heated pool, hot tub, and a gym. One reserved parking spot is included for your stay.
The beach is just across the street via a public crosswalk — grab the included beach gear and you`re set. Chairs, towels, umbrella, and a buggy make the trip effortless.
The resort is walking distance to John`s Pass Boardwalk, where you`ll find a lively stretch of restaurants, shops, and waterfront activities — including boat and jet ski rentals for those ready to get out on the water.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie. 1 dog allowed (25 lb max) with a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pet are not covered by this fee. No aggressive breeds.
