Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement .... Sunset Beach pas de meilleur endroit pour rester à Treasure Island. Est-il isolement ou de la vie nocturne? Ici vous avez à la fois. Une vue sur l'océan condo 2 chambres mignon avec salon spacieux, cuisine, chambre à coucher, salles de bains et buanderie. Juste une simple promenade à travers la rue pour les plages de sable blanc. L'extrémité la plus au sud de l'île au trésor est isolée mais seulement des minutes pour passer de John et tous les restaurants et les attractions du front de mer fabuleux.

This place is great! We had everything we needed, very relaxing. The weather was perfect, the gulf clear and beautiful, everything was wonderful! Owners are great to work with! Thanks for sharing your home with us. Truly amazing sunsets and wonderful location for walks on the beach and boardwalk!

Really nice property, quiet location near beach

Really nice property, in a quiet location only 50 yards from the beach, which is easily accessed from the boardwalk. There is also a walking boardwalk to access the headland and fishing off the rocks. It was great to have our own little place on the beach. Local bars and restaurants are within easy walking or driving distance. Condo had all you need including beach towels and equipment. Would definitely book again !

Location, location, location

The owner was very accommodating, the unit was exactly as described in the listing, very spacious, and the best part was the location, it was mere steps to Sunset Beach so we did not have to drive and pay for parking. We had no issues and would definitely come back to this area as it was so peaceful and relaxing.

Wonderful bungalow

If you want a beach bungalow vacation where you can relax, walk on the beach, play in the waves across the street, then this is your spot. Bob is a great host and the place is comfortable. Nice beds. Nice patios. Nice snowbird neighbors. Full of toys and beach equipment. Everything you need is there. Outdoor shower, laundry, tv. I’d unwind here again. Thanks Bob.

Cute and full of character

We enjoyed our 7 night stay at this property on Sunset Beach. It IS literally across a street from the beach and the sunset is beautiful. It has everything you need already on site for cooking, cleaning, and sleeping, like extra pillows, sheets and blankets, as well as towels for bathing and for the beach. There are many delicious restaurants that can be reached on a longer walk or driving. Parking is always something you have to pay for at most places, but it is like that every where in Florida near beaches. The beds are comfortable and there are t.v.’s in each bedroom and living room. We brought our fire stick which worked out fine for those moments we watched t.v. We would have taken advantage of the well equipped closet of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc, but alas we were there over Christmas and it was just too cold to sit on the beach like that, although we did enjoy our morning walks with coffee. The beach holds many sea shell treasures and little beach critters too. Bob, the host, was most accommodating and always just a text or phone call away when needed. He really cares that you have everything you need. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a fun getaway.

Great location

Pros: Great location, lots of items for the beach - umbrellas, chairs, coolers, etc. This is a quiet and peaceful end of the island, with a nice walkway for morning/evening walks. Kitchen cabinets have a lot of condiments, but some are out of date and need to be thinned out. Bob is very responsive. It's a good value for the 2-bedroom option. Cons: this is a first-floor apartment, it's quite dark, no sunlight gets in. The dark wood ceiling doesn't help matters. The shower pressure is quite weak and the shower head needs to be updated. It takes a long time to get soap off the body, so plan for very long showers for everyone. There is no view of the beach, you only see the small parking lot right across the road as the dunes are higher than the ocean view. You will also be expected to do your own laundry, wash and put away the dishes before you leave. All in all - we enjoyed our stay, just wish the shower was better.

Nothing fancy. Just a laid back spot at Sunset Beach. Very close to the Gulf. Owner had chairs for the beach and all that you need. A quiet not crowded spot to relaxe. Thanks Bob and Lisa for sharing your little gem with us‼️

Location, location, location

While well equipped for all our needs, the place was a bit shoddy and not very clean. We had plumbing problems in the master bathroom. However, the condo complex was lovely, quiet, with lots of outdoor seating and a stone's throw from a beautiful beach with lovely surf. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Location, Location, Location!

If you’re looking for a getaway that’s close to the beach this is the property for you! Literally walk out the front door cross the street and there’s Sunset beach. Recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation whether with your significant other, friends or family. Bob and Lisa (the owners) thought of everything you’ll need for for the beach including chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, cooler. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway!

This property is perfect for a beach getaway. It had everything we needed for the beach (ie beach chairs, wagon etc.) Most of the neighbors were snowbirds and were so kind and helpful. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and within walking distance or a short drive to lots of restaurants . The beds were very comfortable and the space was clean. All around a great deal!

Great stay at sunset beach

My family and I spent 2 wonderful weeks at Bob’s condo on sunset beach. The only way you could get closer to the beach would be to camp in the dunes; awesome location. The condo is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for fun on the beach. Bob is an accommodating host and goes out of his way to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. We are looking forward to having another vacation stay at Bob’s condo.

While this is an older style condo, it was very comfy and homey with brand new beds. The beach was across the road with umbrellas, chairs and toys in condo and a wagon to take them to the beach. The owner was very responsive and willing to immediately solve any issues that arose. I was pleased with my one month stay and have and will recommend the property to my friends.

Paradise on the Golden Gulf Coast

Our family's one week stay in this Gulf Coast condo unit was perfection; from our excited arrival to our oh-too-soon departure! The two bedroom unit was charming and cozy with an historic air but also included modern amenities (front-load washer/dryer, dishwasher, hd cable tv's in three rooms). The unit was clean and inviting and once settled-in, we felt right at home. The area felt very safe and many nights we enjoyed a long beach walk or strolling along the beautiful neighborhood. The unit has beautiful tile work floors helping to keep it cool in the hot summer. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse-off salt and sand from the beach. The island has plentiful restaurants to sample and a wonderful Publix supermarket for grocery shopping. Our vacation included; Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, Walt Disney World, Tarpon Springs Mediterranean Village and John's Pass at Madeira Beach but we so looked forward to coming back to this comforting condo at the end of a long day. We hope to book this unit for next year's vacation and are already looking forward to it!

Relaxing and fun at the same time

My wife and I have spent 2 vacations at this condo. I can’t tell you what a beautiful spot it is.”they don’t call it sunset beach for nothing”. When we arrived at the condo it was clean and comfortable. There is plenty of beach chairs and a real nice outside area to sit and have a glass of wine. Do not hesitate to rent this condo you will not be disappointed.My wife and I are looking forward to our vacation next year. Thanks again for a great time

Relaxing vacation

My wife and I spent a very relaxing week here in Treasure Island. This property location is great being directly across the street from the boardwalk to the beach. Especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch area where the bushes and trees gave you some privacy. Plenty of chairs available. The interior was decorated nicely as a beach house and had plenty of kitchen amenities. Very nice washer and dryer in the house. A very bad experience

The condo is just in front of the Sunset Beach which is great. On the other hand, the condo is very old, without any charm, with about 7 feet ceiling. Venetian blinded are laid and blocked behind the windows. So, you have no natural light and must turn the electric lights on all day. Most of the chairs are broken and scotch repaired. The chipboard bar is very low, you can’t use it as a table and you have mainly plastic chairs in the living room. The beds are very small less that king size (150 and 130 cm). The shower is made of plastic as are the lights and all the dishes. You only have a small metal stove. You have to share the garden with the neighbors, and must have an argument to be able to use your car park. The owner asks you to pay twice the insurance and do the cleaning that you end up paying for. You’d better chose another place …
