Escape! Resort Style Condo w/Pool Near Beach

A stunning, carefree second floor condo! This 2 bedroom 2 bath is a Guest Favorite and fully equipped for your Escape! You can travel with ease as everything is provided for your stay. A tropical environment with bike and walking paths, pool and a hot tub. We provide beach towels, chairs and an umbrella.

*Note, the HOA requires a 21-day advance notice from the date of check-in. All guests 18+ must complete a background check. Travelers from outside the U.S. are required to provide their own.

You enter the condo into a bright and welcoming space with the living area straight ahead and fully equipped kitchen to your left with bar counter seating. The open living concept has a dining table & chairs, sofa and loveseat for viewing the Smart TV with cable. The picturesque view draws you to the balcony equipped with Adirondack chairs for relaxing.

The Master King Suite overlooks the golf course and has a full attached bath with double sinks. The second bedroom is fitted with a Queen bed and full bath adjoining in the hall. Both bedrooms have plenty of closets and dressers and both rooms are equipped with Smart TV`s. A big plus is the washer/dryer located in the unit.

The pool and hot tub are there for your enjoyment as is the surroundings and resort grounds. The bike paths and streets lend to the beauty and ease of taking a walk, jogging or riding bikes down Isla`s quaint streets or the Pinellas Trail. In this tropical environment, you are sure to see Florida`s shorebird resting and feeding in and around Isla`s island lakes and lush gardens.

After a full day of sight-seeing adventures or fun in the sun on our beautiful Gulf beaches, you can return to the peacefulness of the island and relax in your beautifully appointed condo.

You will have full access to the resort pool and hot tub, parking for 1 car, a private balcony off the unit. There are walking and bike paths.

You will not have access to the Golf Course (members only) or the gym.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

The Isla Del Sol community is nestled between the southern tip of St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach, just north of Tierra Verde. Our guests enjoy the pampered and prestigious lifestyle expected from a work-class private establishment. It is quiet and peaceful and a combination of vacationers, residents and part time residents.

The nearby Pinellas Bike Trail offers guests to walk, jog or bike the trail among miles of smooth, wide traffic-free cycling and walking. Located minutes from famous Ft. DeSoto Park, just over the causeway - a short 5 minute drive to the Gulf beaches and a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg!

Overall, Isla Del Sol is an easy drive by car to the public beaches, restaurants, Publix grocery stores, and drug stores. There is beach parking available in the public access lots, which charge an hourly rate. Pass-A-Grille Beach also has public metered parking. Uber is always an option as well. On St. Pete Beach, there is a service called Freebie Beach rides available by downloading the App. It is easy to catch a ride anywhere on Gulf Blvd as it offers rides starting south in Pass-A-Grille up to St. Pete Beach with the trail ending just short of Treasure Island. There is also public transportation PSTA which runs the Sun Runner from St. Pete Beach to DTSP (downtown) on a constant loop and the Trolley. Both routes can be found on their website or App.

The golf course is a private course, so while you can enjoy the scenic views, it is only available to members.
The following rules are rules of the community association. By booking this condo, you are agreeing to the following. Failure to comply may result in cancellation:

- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Note, the HOA requires a 7-day advance notice before check-in, following booking your reservation. All guests 18+ must complete a background check before arrival. Travelers from outside the U.S. are required to provide their own background check.
- Park only in the assigned spot
- Guests or tenants are not allowed pets at all whatsoever
- Standard private passenger vehicles only, no other vehicles or trailers
- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony, hallway, or any common/visible area
- Rules posted at pool will be strictly enforced
- No chairs in grassy area
- No more than 6 people in condos
- No propane or charcoal grills
- No smoking in the condo or on the property.
- No consumption or use of illegal drugs including recreational marijuana.
- This is a residential community, not a hotel, conduct yourselves accordingly

- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however, we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving to prevents pests and odors.
- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.
- Please be respectful of others by being quiet between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am (in the condo, on the balcony, grounds, etc.). Additionally, there are residents who enjoy the complex year round, so this is not a party destination. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times, including at pool.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
