Our cozy one-bedroom guest house is the perfect getaway for two. It has its own private driveway (fits 1-2 cars) and a fully fenced backyard—completely separate from the main house, so you get total privacy.

Inside, there’s a dining area for two, perfect for meals or just hanging out. The living room has a smart TV, and the cozy bedroom has a peaceful reading nook for when you want some quiet time. We’ve also got board games and books for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more, including a fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker—great for cooking up meals, whether you're here for a quick stay or a longer visit. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with modern finishes, adding an extra touch of luxury.

Step outside into your private, fenced yard where you can kick back and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Soak in the hot tub for a relaxing evening or cozy up by the propane fire pit as the stars come out. There’s also a comfy lounge chair for catching some rays and an outdoor bar table with seating for two, perfect for sipping drinks. For a little fun, try your hand at cornhole or just unwind in one of the rocking chairs. It’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the peaceful surroundings!

❂ Biking: If you enjoy biking, St. Pete has a number of bike rental stations for convenient and eco-friendly transportation. You can also check out the Pinellas Trail, a scenic route that runs through St. Petersburg.

Our detached guest house offers a private entrance and its own driveway, which can accommodate 1-2 vehicles depending on size. Street parking is also available at no additional charge. The yard is fully fenced for privacy, with access to your own hot tub, as well as the washer/dryer room, which is within the home but accessed through the yard.

While the space is on the smaller side at around 400 square feet, we want to be fully transparent—it’s truly perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The bedroom is spacious, and the well-equipped kitchen makes it ideal for both short and long stays.

Best of all, the location is unbeatable! It’s super central, just minutes from downtown and the beaches, and within walking distance to Central Ave., where you’ll find amazing local coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, and more. Truly a hidden gem—and we’re not just saying that!
