You will be able to access our condo through an electronic lock with a personalized door code. I live within the beach community and available to help you if a situation arises. I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews, readily available when needed.

Treasure Island is adjacent to St. Petersburg and central to everything, offering three miles of white sandy beaches, pristine waters, welcoming vintage hotels, and unique restaurants. It is also convenient to groceries and everything Gulf Blvd. has to offer. Swimming, shelling, sunning, snorkeling, parasailing, bird and dolphin watching, and glorious walks on the beach are why you came here and what make up the heart of this beach destination.

Navigating Treasure Island and its surroundings is easy and convenient:

Walking: Many attractions, including the beach, restaurants, and shops, are within walking distance. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to explore the local area.

Driving: For further destinations, having a car is helpful. We provide parking for one vehicle. Gulf Blvd. runs through Treasure Island and connects you to nearby areas and attractions.

Public Transportation: The Suncoast Beach Trolley is a great option for getting around without a car. It runs along Gulf Blvd. and stops at various points of interest from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach.

Biking: Treasure Island is bike-friendly, with several rental shops nearby. Biking is a fun and eco-friendly way to explore the area.

Rideshare Services: Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient and flexible transportation around Treasure Island and beyond.

This charming condo is part of a small complex with several year-round residents and other guests seeking a relaxing getaway. While there is plenty to enjoy, this is not designed as a party space. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of the peaceful community and those around you.

Please note, the pool is not heated but is warmed by the Florida sun most of the time.

The condo is located on the second floor and there is No elevator, so guests must be able to climb stairs.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
