As one of two distinct adjacent suites each can sleep up to 6 guests and can be booked independently or together. This listing is for one half of the duplex (private interiors).

Enjoy an indulgent stay by taking advantage of our extensive coffee bar that includes a Nespresso Vertuo, Keurig, Fellow pour over coffee maker and electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker, frother, coffee grinder with fresh Equal Exchange beans, and french press. When you stay in our ocean front suite you'll experience a unique coastal contemporary design. Each bedroom features a king-sized bed with memory foam mattresses for utmost relaxation, as well as a designated workspace so you can work from your vacation destination. The rooms boast eye popping colors paired with luxurious velvet and copper accents, creating an updated and clean vibe perfect for the modern-day guest.
Beach bikes, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, zero gravity beach chairs, beach wagons, beach towels, bluetooth speaker, coolers, and umbrellas are provided for your stay. The sugary sands of Indian Rocks Beach beach is a mere 3 blocks away.

This place was amazing! We loved everything about it. It was so beautiful and was even better than the pictures. We have stayed at alot of vacation rentals, and I don't think we've ever stayed at one so well appointed and organized. They thought of everything even the little things to make our stay enjoyable and the location was perfect! Quiet and peaceful on the bay and directly across from the public beaches. We definitely want to stay here again. Also the level of ckeanliness was amazing

Excellent Stay

My husband myself and our 1 year old stayed here mid July. We had an excellent time, they thought of everything. They had all the beach equipment and toys. We loved being on the water , saw lots of wildlife and even a stingray. We loved the small town feel and how things were in walking distance. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing, Absolutely Amazing

We just returned from a 6 night stay and we are still in awe at how amazing this property is. They literally thought of everything you could possibly need (and even things you didn't know you needed) and had it available in the home. We were greeted by dolphins one morning right under the dock, and found a ton of sand dollars when we went to the beach that was a short stroll away. There is not one negative thing to say about this home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and there are more outdoor activities onsite than we had time to do during our stay. I would stay here every time we visit the area. The home and hosts are amazing!

Amazing stay on the water

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay for my bestfriends relaxing birthday and bachelorette trip weekend! Right when we walked in we were blown away with how clean, pretty, and we’ll stocked it was. The hosts did an amazing job with every detail by providing beach chairs, wagons, coolers, toiletries, paddle boards, to-go coffee cups, c-cups/nespresso pods, everything we could possibly need in the kitchen, even a board that we used for charcuterie and so much more. The beds, towels, couch and outdoor seating were so comfortable. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, laying out on the amazing sun chairs, and spending time by the water. The location is perfect on the water and just a short walk to the beach! The hosts also provided so many great recommendations of things to do in the area. They communicated quickly and were so accommodating! I cannot recommend this location enough and I will definitely be going back.

Where do I begin?? This place was amazing 10/10. It had all we needed plus some. My kids enjoyed all the amenities. Paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, bicycles and more. We were even able to park our boat on their dock. We have traveled A LOT and stayed in many places; I have to say that this home is by far the best. The pictures you see does not compare to what you actually get because it's so beautiful & clean. The comfy beds and pillows, even the sofa bed was comfortable. The sunrise in the morning with a cup of Nespresso (which they provide in your unit) and the convenience of just getting onto your boat for a day of sea was a plus plus.. Thank you guys, we enjoyed every minute of it. :)
