* Check-in time starts at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.

*The minimum age to book is 25, and someone aged 25 or older must be present throughout the stay.

* No parties or events are allowed on the property to maintain a peaceful environment.

* Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and all outdoor noise must be minimal to maintain a peaceful environment.

* To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes. Please use the provided outdoor ashtrays and ensure doors and windows are closed while smoking.

* We have a strict' no pets' policy to maintain a harmonious environment for all our guests.
