Welcome to Your Perfect Beach Escape!
This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse is just three blocks from the sandy shores of Gulfport Beach and only steps from downtown Gulfport. Recently updated, the home combines stylish decor with modern amenities, creating an inviting space perfect for relaxation and family enjoyment.

This townhouse is the ultimate beach retreat where you can relax, recharge, and create lasting memories with family and friends. Whether you`re here for the beach, the pool, or exploring Gulfport, this peaceful and charming home is the perfect place to stay.

Unit A and Unit B are separate one-level residences, each with their own private entrance, no inside connections, and are fully fenced for privacy.

Both units have access to a shared splash pool (saltwater, heated/cooled, four feet deep), with a fence between the units. The pool temperature is impacted by outside weather, but efforts are made to maintain it in the mid-80s.


UNIT A
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, dresser, closet, Pack and Play, baby tub, highchair, Beach towels.

Bedroom 2: Two twin-size beds, nightstand, full closet.

Living Room: Couch, coffee table, side chair, TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dining area (table for four), microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, sink, coffee maker (Keurig), trays, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans.

Bathroom: Shower, sink, mirror, toilet, towels, and toiletries.

Parking for unit A is located in front of the main duplex. Two spots.

Laundry: Washer and dryer inside each unit.

UNIT B
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, dresser, closet, Pack and Play, baby tub, highchair, Beach towels.

Bedroom 2: Two twin-size beds, nightstand, full closet.

Living Room: Couch, coffee table, side chair, TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped like Unit A with a dining area, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, sink, coffee maker (Keurig), trays, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans.

Bathroom: Shower, sink, mirror, toilet, towels, hair dryers.

Parking for unit B is located at the rear of the residence, accessible via an alley between 27th and 28th Avenue. Two spots.

Laundry: Washer and dryer inside the unit.

Splash Pool: Brand new, heated/cooled, in-ground pool.

Patio: Seating area, gas grill, two lounge chairs, and a screened-in porch.

Additional Amenities: weekly pool service on Thursdays. Pool service will be entering via fence entrance.

Location Highlights
The residence is situated in the heart of Gulfport, within walking distance of a range of attractions, including:

Gulfport Farmers Market (Tuesdays and the first Saturday of each month).

Gulfport Art Walk (First Friday and Third Saturday of the month).

A variety of local markets, shops, and restaurants (including vegan and coffee shops).

Local parks, a library, senior center, and dog park.

Gulfport Historical Museum and City of Gulfport Municipal Marina.

A short drive to St. Pete Beaches (5 miles away).

A 15-minute Uber ride to Downtown St. Petersburg, known for its monthly First Fridays.

Additional Notes
The pool is heated or cooled, but the temperature can be affected by cold nights.

*All cleaning products in the unit are only starters. These items should last for a couple of days.

Guests staying 22 days or longer are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Each side has beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided for your convenience.

This duplex seems like the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation with lots of family-friendly amenities and a fantastic location near the beach and downtown Gulfport!


******Please note, the pool temperature is highly affected by outside temperature. If the nights are cold, the pool temperature will not reach the desirable temperature during the day. The pool temperature will go down at night and start warming up during the early morning hours. We strive to make the pool temperature in the mid 80’s however, it is significantly dependent on the outside temperature. ******

Keyless entry to the home is provided via a digital kay pad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security.
NO cameras inside the house or around the pool area.

STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms. Beach weather can be unpredictable, if there is no sun you are not entitled to a refund. If there is a government/state issued emergency for a Hurricane a full refund is available.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, ANYTHING NOT WORKING OR INOPERABLE DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY/ OR WHEN IT FIRST OCCURS. IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE DAY YOU CHECK OUT OR AFTER YOU CHECK OUT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.


RULES

* *No smoking:** Smoking is prohibited.

**No pets:** Pets are not allowed. Owner is Extremely allergic to pet. NO services Pet.

**No parties or events:** Hosting parties or events is not allowed.

**Quiet hours:** Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect the neighbors.

**Check-in and check-out times:** Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Please adhere to these times unless previously arranged.

**Maximum occupancy:** 8 guests are included in the rate.

**Cleanliness:** Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and leave the property in a tidy state. Please dispose of trash properly and wash any used dishes.

**Respect for property:** Treat the property and its contents with care. Report any damages or issues promptly.

**Parking:** Use designated parking areas only. Do not block driveways or neighbors` access.
No parking on grass.

**No illegal activities:** Any illegal activities, including drug use or other unlawful behavior, are strictly prohibited.

**Use of amenities:** Follow any guidelines provided for the use of amenities such as the pool or appliances.


**Pool.** The use of pool is at your own risk owner and co-host not responsible for injuries or death that may result of use.. Pool capacity is 8 people. Children under 12 must be supervised. No glass allowed anywhere in, near or around pool. No diving.

1. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort.

2. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Friday mornings. If your stay falls on one of these days. We would greatly appreciate it if you place your garbage in the bins in the alley on the previous evening. Recycling is Friday only.

3. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate in the back of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.

4. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
