The Space:

Soft coastal light filters through the home as you ease into the day, letting the ease of Florida living set the pace. Evenings stretch out calmly in the screened in tiki patio, where you can unwind with the warm breeze and the relaxed rhythm of the neighborhood. Whether you're planning a quiet staycation or exploring nearby beaches and local spots, this home offers a comfortable place to settle in between moments out and about.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms provide space for your group of up to seven guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom. A queen bed in the second bedroom and two singles in the third create flexibility for families and friends, and a twin air mattress offers an additional option when needed. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway for easy access.



Living areas

The open living room invites you to relax with comfy seating and tropical ocean inspired décor. Natural gathering spaces continue into the open concept dining area, giving you room to share meals or plan the day ahead. A Smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi make downtime easy when you're ready to settle in.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and kitchen essentials lets you prepare meals at your own pace. The layout keeps everything within reach, whether you're cooking something simple or bringing home local favorites to enjoy inside or on the patio.



Outdoor living

The pool and screened in tiki patio is designed for relaxed outdoor dining throughout Florida’s warm, season-neutral climate. Beyond it, a fully fenced backyard offers plenty of lounge seating and a fire pit, creating a space to enjoy unhurried evenings. A patio or balcony and backyard access extend your time outdoors, and beach essentials make it simple to head toward the shoreline.



Amenities

Washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades help make longer stays comfortable. Air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials are all included. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi, a private entrance, free parking for up to 4 vehicles, and additional free street parking. Pets are allowed, and self check-in with a smart lock adds flexibility for arrivals.



Neighborhood

Set in a quiet residential area, the home offers easy access to shopping and restaurants. You’re close to Downtown Largo, the beaches of Clearwater and Sand Key, and nearby attractions, making it simple to enjoy both peaceful downtime and local exploration throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a ring camera on the front door.

The house was okay for a last minute trip, great location but the house itself needs a lot of work. The key pad died after checking in,the neighborhood seems to be safe but is a bit run down, a lot of debris in the pool and the pool pump also didn’t seem to be working so we weren’t sure it was even safe to use. I also recommend that the cleaning crew pays more attention to cleaning areas more as the house was very dirty in certain areas. Overall we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated how fast the team responded to us with the issues that we had and tried quickly resolve them.

Disappointing

Our stay at this VRBO listing was very disappointing. The property did not match the photos at all. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and far from what we expected. The pool was growing algae, and we were unable to use the pool due to the pool being green and growing algae. We paid extra for the pool to be heated but could not use this amenity. The screens on the patio were ripped. Basic cleanliness and upkeep were lacking, making the stay uncomfortable. We had to pay more money to do other things around the area due to us not being able to use the pool or amentinies. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend this property.
