Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites Resort. The Sunset Vistas resorts boasts direct
beachfront access, two resort style pools, a beachside Tiki bar, an onsite cafe, exercise
room, and beautiful tropical landscapes throughout. It is the crown jewel vacation spot

This 4th floor south-side unit # 402S gives you a quiet and private place to relax in, a
side view of the Gulf, and updated and comfortable destination for you and your family

Arrival is very easy! No waiting to check in. Go right to the South elevator to the 4th
floor. There is an electronic lock with a numeric code. I will provide the code as your

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and the condo was clean and comfortable. There could be improvements on towel quality and a few more kitchen amenities. The owner was very helpful and when asked about a few things she was right on it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great weekend stay! Well stocked to get your stay started. The beach supplies were amazing, especially for our family that flew to FL. We would absolutely stay again.

For the cost of the condo there wasn’t even a dish drainer indicating there was only a dishwasher but not enough dishes for our stay. The condo was not conducive for four adults as the queen bedroom was cramped as was the king bed. Maintenance was totally inadequate as the sink wouldn’t drain. There were dead lightbulbs without replacements. It was not a direct Gulf beach view as we were led to believe. When we complained about the sink not draining they sent a family member vs a plumber and assured us they would do a better job to fix the problem after we left.

The view was magnificent, was able to see some dolphins swimming by! The condo was very clean and very well stocked. Lots of things for the beach as well. Most importantly, Joannie and Mike were wonderful to deal with.

Great set up

Communication with owners was easy! They were super quick to respond to questions before we arrived and were quick to supply a few extra towels when we discovered a few were missing. Check in/out instructions were simple and straight forward. The condo itself is small, but adequate. There were chairs, a canopy and umbrella, toys, and a small cooler in the closet which was perfect! We flew in for a few days and didn't want to bring anything with us so it worked out well. The complex is right on the trolley stop so everything up and down the beach is just a cheap trolley ride away! We would definitely stay here again.

Joannie was very responsive and accommodating. Condo was well equipped and provided convenient access to cafe, beach bar and most important the beautiful beach. The only major inconvenience was the sporadic non-working south elevator, which is obviously beyond control.

Joanie was great to work with, any issues I had she responded quickly. This location is perfect and it is beachfront, the guys that run the chairs are super reasonable as well. The condo had everything we needed and I would stay here again. Such a beautiful area!

Great little condo on the beach! It was clean and had everything you need to feel at home. Having everything you need for the beach was a plus! Not having to bring a thing was very convenient. Joannie was very easy to communicate and went above and beyond! Will definitely stay here again.

Fun beach getaway!

My family loved being right on the beach with shopping close but not too close! Beach chairs, tent and umbrella were perfect. The pool and bar for adult beverages was also enjoyed. We would definitely return.

Second stay!

This is our second time coming back to this property! My son loves the kiddie pool. The beach access is so convenient and love the little bar as well. Can’t wait to come back next year when the larger pool area is fully renovated after the hurricane.

Great property, Treasure Island is the best

The unit itself was in great condition. Cozy, clean, as advertised. Property owners were communicative and check in was a breeze. Only thing of note, the property itself is undergoing construction and storm cleanup (May 2025). Didn’t take from the trip at all, still a ton of fun.

Very relaxing!

We all had a lovely time. The area is still recovering from the hurricane, but as the week went on, it started coming to life. The kitchen faucet was a slow run, and the washer had the hot and cold water reversed, but it didn't interfere with our stay.
