All interactions with host were pleasant and accommodating. The amenities were excellent just being refurbished. Only small issue we had is it would have been nice to have a onsite restaurant or bar, not a deal breaker as thy have one a short walk down the beach.

BEAUTIFUL BEACHES

The condo was very nice and clean. Valerie at the desk was so nice and friendly. We loved the beach which was beautiful, especially looking out at from our balcony. We are older and thought it would be too far to walk but only took 3 minutes and good exercise! Places to eat and listen to live music right along the beach. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Perfect location

You cannot beat the location of this property. Beautiful views of the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The beds are a bit hard and the water pressure is weak but those are things that would not deter us from Booking again

Good but not great

The communication with Surf Beach staff was great. On arrival the after hours check in was easy. The property was decent for its age, updated but not modern. The inflatable mattresses in the rooms were not comfortable, but okay. Our fridge was missing a shelf on the bottom which seems insignificant until you go shopping and try to fill the fridge. We didn’t say anything. By day 5 we needed more garbage bags and we sent our daughter down for more which seemed to be a bigger deal than expected asking for our room number etc and not exactly being hospitable. We could have just tossed all of our garbage in the garbage cans on each floor but as requested we respectfully carried them down to the first floor each time. Worth noting is the fact the there is only (1) elevator for (6) floors and (5) units per floor. Often times the wait for the elevator seemed like forever and we just chose to use the stairs which are all unsecured by the way. Lastly and worst of all, for the last (3) nights of our stay we were kept up by noisy and loud people above us. We were on the 5th floor (with one floor above us), and for our last (3) nights we (and our kids (12 & 15) were kept up by constant moving of furniture and just loud behavior. We contacted management several times who could hear it on the phone when we spoke, they called several times to notify the occupants above us to stop the loud behavior. This didn't change and was loud it was loud all night again on our last night
 not good.

Amazing beach front property

We (3 adults and 1 infant) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The balcony was our favorite hang out. The views were spectacular as well as the sunsets. We were in town for a beach wedding that was walking distance! Beds were comfortable and kitchen had what we needed. We were able to rent a crib and high chair for baby. The high chair did not appear to have been cleaned, lots of food residue under chair cover which also we threw in the wash. The safety strap was missing from high chair. Overall a great experience on the gulf coast! The pool & hot tub were great but nothing beats swimming in the warm gulf!!!

Great condo and great location

This condo was just as pictured online. 2 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen, and dining table for 4. There was a wonderful balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The location is walking distance to shops and restaurants and a grocery store was about 1/2 mile away. Clean, well taken care of property. My family and I had a relaxing week and look forward to another trip next year.

This place was amazing! My husband and I go to Treaure Island every year. This is the best place we have stayed over the years. Clean rooms with upgraded kitchen appliances. Perfect location and great views! Will definitely stay here in the same unit from now on!

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay here and felt the unit was very comfortable. 4/5 stars because the locks on the balcony doors could be improved for better safety and additional kitchenware would be good (like mixing bowls and non-glass cups/dishes).

The building is older but well maintained.

Great location-close to restaurants, the trolley stop and shops. The beach was a bit of a hike so don't forget anything in your room. The view was spectacular and the place is clean. Check the front desk for leftover beach chairs and umbrellas. They are super friendly.
