This brand-new 8 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom 3-story modern house boasts views of the Gulf and intracoastal. Located right on Gulf Blvd. conveniently in front of the crosswalk to the beach (only 90 seconds from door to sand). Our heated* saltwater pool with water slide and chlorinated hot tub is sure to please the entire family for hours. The pool area also has an outdoor shower and gas grill.

Our 6-car garage has an EV charger, ping pong table, foosball, ring toss, magnetic darts, an extra fridge, and storage closet for beach supplies.
Walk up to the 2nd level using our luggage dolly for suitcases and groceries. There, you'll step into our open floorplan living space with 10 ft. ceilings and plenty of seating for your whole family. Enjoy the views of the Gulf while relaxing by the fire in the living room or playing a game of tic-tac-toe in our sitting area with coffee in hand.

Our kitchen comes with a beverage cooler and additional ovens for all your cooking and entertaining needs. We have a crock pot, blender, Keurig and regular coffee pot, toaster, waffle iron, hand mixer, griddle, buffet server, charcuterie board, and plenty of bakeware and cookware available. The first aid kit and tool kit are located above the microwave. A fire extinguisher is located next to the microwave in the event of an an emergency.

The Pineapple Room and Shiplap Room (both primary suites) are located on this level (the 2nd). The Pineapple room is located atop the stairs into the house and showcases the beautiful Gulf waters. It has a king bed with a bathroom containing a stand-alone shower with 2 rainfall showerheads. The Shiplap room features just that, a shiplap wall behind the king bed carefully coordinated with the room's nautical decor. Its bathroom has double sinks, a stand-alone soaking tub, and a shower that's out of this world. The shower has a rainfall showerhead fixed to the ceiling which has lights and plays music (remote is located on the vanity and should be connected to Bluetooth for music). If that wasn't enough, we have a handheld sprayer and 3 additional sprayers attached to the wall. Showering in here will truly be an experience to write home about.

Finally, on the 2nd floor, we have a half bathroom, a single stackable washer and dryer, and a small closet to house all your baby needs. We have 3 pack n' plays (with mattress pad and sheets), 3 high chairs, baby rocker, stroller, night lights, 2 toddler cots (pink), and a baby monitor. Baby safety gates are already attached to the stairs at each level, too.
As for the 3rd level of Coastal Breeze, we have a family room, 6 more bedrooms, 3 additional full bathrooms, and a laundry room with 3 sets of washers and dryers. The laundry room cabinets are where the beach towels, iron, and ironing pad are stored. We provide starter packs for your laundry, too.

Each bedroom has a TV in it. We have Spectrum cable which is accessed via the Spectrum app. We also offer Netflix. The bunk room (Whale room) has a Super Nintendo with built-in games. Outside of this room, in the family room on the 3rd level, is a large bookshelf with plenty of kids books including coloring books and crayons. (Note: Adult books are located in the living room next to the gas fireplace.) Two of the bedrooms on the 3rd level also have a desk. And when you need a break from remote working, go outside on the porch on the 2nd OR 3rd level for fresh air and water views.

If the house wasn't enough, we have a street legal 6-seater Icon golf cart available to rent for only $75/night of your stay. Cruise down Gulf Blvd. to local ice cream shops, coffee shops, and miniature golf. Our beaches even provide golf cart parking. *Separate golf cart agreement and picture of photo ID required.

Behind the property, you'll find a pavilion, public tennis courts, a playground, and an area for fishing and cleaning your fish. Walk less than 5 minutes to various local places.
Need some caffeine and a breakfast pastry? Mosey to Indian Shores Coffee.
Hungry for fresh local seafood and delicious wood-fired steak? Dine at Salt Rock Grill, a local favorite on the intracoastal.
Want an adult bevvie? Mahuffer's is a dive bar and local hangout.
