These 6 bedrooms will BLOW YOU AWAY! The star of the show is the bunk bedroom, which is filled with two full-over-queen bunk beds, two slides, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, basketball (Pop-a-Shot), smart TV, & comfy seating. It will truly WOW you!

There are 5 remaining bedrooms; three with one king bed in each, one with two full beds, & one with two twin beds. Each bedroom is tastefully designed to bring the tropical Florida theme right in the home with you.

All the bathrooms in this home are freshly renovated and beautifully modern! Downstairs, the half bathroom has a sink & toilet only. Upstairs, the master (bedroom with 2 full beds) has a sink, toilet, & walk-in shower. The upstairs hallway bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is bright & open, with brand new stainless steel appliances. With lots of counter space and bar top seating, it's a great kitchen for entertaining!

Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright and welcoming. The formal dining room seats 8 (plus 4 bar top seats in the kitchen), and there is also a second dining table in the backyard.

"This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties."

"This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

Pet Fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 5 pets.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal."
