Maison de ville de luxe 3 chambres au bord de l'eau Clearwater Beach

Maison de ville de luxe au bord de l'eau avec ascenseur privé, cale de bateau et garage pour trois voitures. Décoré avec goût, plus de 2200 pieds carrés, trois chambres complÚtes chacune avec leur propre salle de bain. La suite principale a une grande baignoire d'angle à jets et un lit king size. Les deux autres chambres ont des lits queen. Comptoirs en granit, plafonds de volume partout. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée et est ouverte sur le salon. Détendez-vous dans le patio au rez-de-chaussée ou sur le balcon du salon.

Il n'y a que six unitĂ©s dans le bĂątiment qui partagent la piscine et nous avons un bordereau de bateau privĂ© que vous ĂȘtes invitĂ©s Ă  utiliser.

Nous acceptons les animaux, mais demandez à votre animal de peser moins de 15 à 20 livres à notre discrétion.

Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e dans la brume de Clearwater Beach, Ă  seulement 15 minutes Ă  pied du Pier 60. Vous pouvez pĂȘcher sur le quai, nager dans la piscine ou Ă  quelques pas (environ un pĂątĂ© de maisons et demi) de la plage. Lovely property. Very convenient to many things at Clearwater Beach. The master bedroom suite is huge! Three level house so I was definitely getting my steps, however the elevator is super convenient for getting groceries and luggage. Parking is super tight and since this unit is in the middle you have to hope your neighbors don’t block your ability to get out of the garage. The dock is in rough shape but still okay for fishing from. Kitchen was well stocked. The sliding glass door on the second floor had no lock on the door and only a thin piece of wood in the track to keep out intruders. Overall it was one of the better rentals I have stayed at and would stay there again.

This was the third time we stayed in this townhouse. It was as wonderful as all the other times we stayed. The property is located in a very easy to navigate area, the views from the balcony are very pleasant and my father in law was lucky to enjoy an early morning dolphin show right in front of the balcony as the rest of us slept. I would highly recommend this property.

Pros: The condo has SO much space; master bath is amazing; AC works well, a very quiet location if you don't want to stay at a resort; pool was very nice; lots of beach stuff left & non perishables from previous renters to use (we left chairs!); great communication from Lori; easy check in; can walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores; saw dolphins off the balcony; elevator was fun and unique, yay for the washer and dryer; opportunity to fish off the pier. Cons: tub in bathrooms 2 & 3 need new caulk so we all used the master, beds are just ok, sliding door didn't fully lock on 2nd floor balcony, circular broken glass in the window on the lower patio, old caution tape around the pier.

Easy access to beach, nice pool and great location!

The condo was exactly as described. It was right across the street from Shepherd’s, and easily walkable to the main beach area. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was the perfect location for our friend and family to stay with us for a much needed getaway! The property owners were extremely reponsive and helpful too on a few questions we had - like how to work the remotes for a tv. Overall, this was a wonderful location, especially for the price. Much cheaper than staying in a hotel for 4 adults and a child, and I would argue, way more convenient.One tip we would have - The property requires the fridge to be completely empty when you leave, so don’t over-buy on groceries! There’s an Island Market right across the street to get staples. We bought way too much food and drinks and had to throw so much away.

Spacious Condo in Great Location

Perfect spot to walk anywhere in Clearwater. Loved that each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need. The master suite is huge. The bay views are great. We saw dolphins every day.

Great way to visit Clearwater Beach

The property was great. All you needed for a stay. Pool looked great but wasn't good enough weather to use . Walking distance to pretty much the whole island. Beds were comfortable. Parking was good but definitely needed to get passengers out first due to columns. The dock was still in need of repair due to hurricane but not that much of a big deal. Had a great time

Perfect for three couples!!!

It was a fantastic condo close to the beach and within a 5 minute walk to restaurants and stores. The view of the inlet was perfect and quite relaxing. We had a small issue, and the property manager and owner jumped right on it. Great communicators! Each bedroom had its own full bath, and the built-in elevator sure did help with heavy luggage. Great floor plan, and nice appliances. Highly recommend!

Great location, Good communication

This is about a 1/2 mile walk to the public beach access, but is right on the harbor(beautiful view). Close to stores and places to eat. The elevator was a huge help packing for the beach(you need to bring a wagon) and fun for the toddlers. Great set up, especially families with young kids! The property manager was excellent responding and sending courtesy reminders. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing family vacation.

The location of this place is awesome, it is close to the beach and all the restaurants. The house has a waterfront with a nice view making it a perfect fishing spot, the pool was very nice and clean. We saw lots of dolphins and manatees, an unforgettable vacation for the whole family.

Nice family townhouse

We enjoyed staying at this property. Very spacious & looks like the posted pictures. My son loved being able to fish off the dock daily and my daughter loved the pool. Clearwater Beach was within walking distance as well as many restaurants, shops & grocery market. There were beach toys, chairs and a fishing rod that was left behind from previous guests which we enjoyed using. If you don't mind to walk no car is needed to get around as parking is difficult & $25-$30 when parking off property. We used the Jolly Trolley & Lyft to go further distances. Clearwater beach was crowded so we went south a few miles via trolley to Sand Key Beach which was much less crowded and enjoyable. Only con in the townhouse was the musty smell especially on the 3rd floor from previous water damage and need a better exhaust fan in the master bedroom.
