Stay comfortably on Clearwater Beach at this beautifully updated 1-bedroom cottage. Enjoy the tranquility of the king bed in the spacious bedroom and unwind in the cozy living room with a queen sofa bed. This roomy cottage provides all the essentials for a perfect getaway. Experience what Clearwater Beach has to offer with a stay at our cottage. Your home away from home!


-This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage or anywhere on the premises. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees per our house rules.

-Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 11:00am

-The cottage is located within a 5 minute walk to the beach, popular shops and restaurants. Take a short drive or walk to the beautiful Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

-The cottage offers a full kitchen stocked with all the comforts of home. The bathroom includes a blow dryer and all of your shower essentials.

-Free parking spaces are located in front of the cottage.

-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival.

-Laundry room is located in the cottage.

-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach.

I could definitely say this is a home away from home. Across the street is the best breakfast place called a broken egg. And rhis little cottage sits in the heart of everything. You can walk 30min in just about any direction and never run out of things to see or do. We didnt have a rental car and we definitely got our steps in. It was perfect ! Next time we come bavk to clearwater i will definitely be looking for this place ! And a broken egg was hulk hogans favorite place to go to when ever he was in town !!

Great house

This was a fantastic vacation rental. Everything is clean and nice. It is so close to the beach. Clearwater Beach is packed and touristy, but this house gives very a private feel when you are inside. The host is very responsive and conscientious. I think we got great value renting here. Thanks!

Nice Place

It was cery convenient to the beach and was very comfortable. We had a 7 year old that slept on the pull out couch and had plenty of room. Master bed was great. Host was very informative and kept in tough throughout our stay. We had a waggon that was a huge help in walking to the beach. It was a short walk but if you had to carry a lot it might be hard to do without a waggon. Food, shopping and CVS all very close and only a very short walk. We parked and disnt move our vehicle for almoat pur entire stay.

Great location close to beach, interior is as nice as the pictures show. Very clean top to bottom. Nice to be able and sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. Way better than a hotel on beach . Definitely will recommend and hopefully will get a chance to return.

Perfect Stay

This was our first time in Clearwater Beach and we couldn't be more happy with this property. It was walking distance to everything. All of the restaurants were one block over, marina was a short walk away, beach was a block and half away. Perfect location. The cottage was updated and clean. We can't wait to come back!

Great spot and location!

We had an outstanding long-weekend stay at the cottage. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed - bedding, towels, beach towels, full kitchen. It was very clean amd nicely decorated as pictured. The location was ideal - two blocks from the beach, one block from the main road with shopping and restaurants, an excellent Mediterranean restaurant just across the street (Soul). The property owner was highly responsive and provided us with all the info we needed in a timely manner. We would absolutely stay again! It’s a gem!

Fantastic Stay

Fabulous cottage in a great location for everything Clearwater Beach has to offer.The beach, restaurants and bars all 10 mins walk away. The cottage is fitted out well with everything you need for a long or short stay.Our host was great responsive to all queries before and during our stay. Parking is available.A great fine and one we will return too.
