The property was amazing. All rooms were clean and towels provided, as well as bed linens and pillows. The kitchen was functional with dishes and essentials needed. My only suggestion is to have tupperware for left overs to heat up. We ended up buying some and just leaving them there for next family. The pool and hot tub were used every day. Suggestion in the descriptions of the home didnt state pool table and fooseball, which was a pleasant surprise. So the adult kids were happy about having that for entertaining

Lovely house

The house was lovely and as described in the listing with plenty of room for the seven of us. Unfortunately, we had the same issue with the hot tub that others have mentioned. It was no warmer than the pool.The game room in the garage with a pool table, foosball table, big sectional, and TV was a nice surprise, and we made good use of it on the chilly nights.The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Great location!

The house and pool was as advertised. The hot tub never did get hot, but it was also colder than usual during our stay. We had some questions that were quickly responded to. I would suggest a book of "instructions" for the house to include pool and hot tub program and button instructions and location of pool towels since those were most of our questions. Also, the gas grill was nice to have, but the burners need to be replaced. Only one burner would light. Family Getaway

Really enjoyed the property plenty of room inside for 11 of us. Pool and water toys were awesome and the views overlooking the lake in the morning and evening is amazing! Not too far from Indian rocks and Clearwater beach’s. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very well-maintained, updated and very comfortable. The pool and attached hot tub were a huge hit with the kids. Plenty of extras in the kitchen and cupboard. Help us cut down on groceries. Host was very accommodating and attentive. Not a ton to do right around the corner, but only a 15 to 25 minute drive to Indian rock Beach or Clearwater.

Great for a large group!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home! We had 11 people and there were plenty of very comfortable beds, lots of towels and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub the most and watching movies in the comfy living room! Thank you! We would stay again!

Awesome stay

We had a large family group that was staying to attend a family wedding. The layout allowed out allowed our multi generational group ranging from grandma to young nephew and young couples to all comfortably relax and enjoy the Tampa area. Great home. Very clean, the hot tub and pool were incredible. Fully stocked Keurig was great for our coffee drinkers. Host was super responsive and very quick to reply to any questions. All the extra bed options was great. Close to groceries and stores for forgotten items. Good food options nearby. Would definitely stay again !!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for the 6 of us. Quiet area and close to restaurants. A little far from the beach but a nice drive to get there. If we return back next year we will certainly book the same house. Host was very helpful !

The place was very well kept and clean. Some of us found it disappointing and unusual because there were no dresser drawers in any of the bedrooms. And, it being a five bedroom house, we felt there could have been another tv or two in the other bedrooms. Other than that the place was clean and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable.

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete's area. Screened in pool was a huge hit and very clean. Views of lake behind the property and it's wildlife were an added pleasure. Property manager was right on the ball with all of our questions. Location was so good with nature preserves and shaded parks nearby to give our little people a place to run. Highly recommend.

Excellent house for family trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Our family came down to stay for our wedding and this was the perfect size for all of us. The pool and hot tub were great additions as well. We had excellent communication with the owner and he was quick to resolve any issues that we had at the time.
