The charming and intimate Arie Dam Condominium Complex features a beachside heated pool & spa.



Enjoy the warmth of the screened porch that overlooks the shimmering turquoise surf of the Gulf of Mexico, allowing you to unwind without leaving your vacation rental. The thoughtfully designed open living space emphasizes comfort and convenience, equipped with a stylish sofa featuring a chaise lounge. When it's time to dine, the elegant kitchen is adorned with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. The inviting dining area provides ample seating at its spacious table, with additional seating available at the adjacent breakfast bar.



The main bedroom features an impressive king-sized bed dressed in luxurious linens, two generous walk in closets, and a coastal view. The en suite bathroom boasts a spacious dressing area with a vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is designed for convenience, offering both a queen bed and a twin bed, complemented by fresh and natural décor. A second full bath, conveniently located just around the corner, includes a shower/tub combo and a spacious vanity.



Madeira Beach is a unique blend of a fishing village, residential community, and tourist destination, creating a distinctive atmosphere. Affectionately known as 'Mad Beach,' it combines history, progress, and stability while benefiting from the perfect weather along Florida's Gulf Coast, making it an enchanting community. Stretching only two miles, this small seaside gem attracts beach lovers with its pristine white sandy shores. Madeira Beach also features John's Pass Village and boasts six public parks, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats, and dolphin-watching cruises, ensuring there is something for everyone.

Direct view of the beach with a couple of palm trees nearby, which was very appreciated. We didn’t use the pool, so can’t comment on that. The hot tub was not working yet. The condo was very clean, was beautifully decorated and we loved every minute we were there. So comforting and relaxing. I would love to live there! It was quiet and the balcony was very enjoyable with two comfortable Adirondack chairs plus a table and chairs. We very much enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony listening to the sounds of the ocean and watching the waves roll in. Location was great as it was close to John’s Pass, several other great beaches and our favorite restaurant The Conch Republic. Appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Would love to stay here again..
