* If you book during hurricane season (July - November) we strongly suggest travel insurance. We do not issue refunds for any weather related issues

* Amenities are controlled by the HOA and not us (e.g. pool) and so we cannot guarantee they will always be available (sometimes HOA closes for maintenance/cleaning). We do not issue refunds for amenity related issues.

* Construction is possible - some condos undergo renovations without notifying us.
