Great spot for a beach getawayâjust a quick 1â2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment itself was clean, odor-free, and nice inside, though a bit dated. The hallway and stairwell leading up had a strong unpleasant smell. It felt a bit tight for two adults and two kids, but we knew this going in and we managed. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, though having more than just one dishcloth and dish towel would have been helpful since we stayed for 4 days. The apartment also came stocked with beach gear (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, a cooler, and a wagon). The wagon was especially useful for hauling everything to the beach, though only two of the chairs were in usable condition. The cooler provided was covered in mould, so we didnât use it, and most of the boogie boards were broken except for one.The main downside, which we sort of expected as some other reviews mentioned this- was the late-night noise from the bar/nightclub below the balconyâexpect yelling, music, and car horns between midnight and 4 a.m., so earplugs are a good idea.Overall, it was a good stay, and the location and convenient access to the beach is definitely the highlight of this spot!
