Best Condo we ever stayed in

Truly the best condo we ever rented. Beautiful place with a outstanding view. The furniture was 1st rate. Sometimes the is one frypan and one saucepan and not enough dishes and glasses well not here. This was the best stocked rental ever. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and have every intention to re-rent this property again in the future.

Amazing experience

This condominium was exactly what my family and I needed for a nice getaway. They had all of the amenities we could think of needing as a family of 5 and the pool was a real luxury when the kids didn’t want to swim in the ocean. Lots of great close local fun. Would like to make this a family tradition!

What a beautiful condo! Location was the best! Fabulous beach! Pool was wonderful! We, (5 of us ladies) arrived very, very late due to our flight being delayed. Per late instructions from the management, we picked up our keys from a lock box next door at the Sand Dollar complex. No problems there. First impression of the unit was Wow! After deciding who gets what room we collapsed into a very comfortable bed. The next morning we checked out the kitchen to see what we needed for groceries. A bit disappointed that there was not even any salt and pepper let alone any condiments. But maybe because of Covid they remove all of what the previous tenets leave. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 bars of soap in each bathroom. It would have been nice if they had turned the refrigerator on so we could have ice. And also, most of the lamps had been unplugged too. We also found the ceiling fans difficult to use as the dimmer switches seem to be a bit worn. Also had issues all week with the TVs not working. Management came over to help with the fans, which he got to work, and we told him about the cable not working, which was working the first day although the remotes in the bedrooms also needed new batteries. He rebooted the cable, but again it failed. So we didn’t watch much tv. Another issue was the door lock. Told the handyman about that too and he said it’s because the keys are bent. These may seem like a lot of complaints, but they were minor. The overall experience was fabulous! You are going to love the location! Being a corner unit gave you a bigger view of the pool area and the beach and the most spectacular sunsets every night! The large, 2 headed showers were so nice! Washer and dryer were good to have right there. The couches and chairs were comfy to sit on, although we spent a lot of time on the balcony. It was nice to have a private garage to park our car, and there were beach chairs and umbrellas and noodles to use on the beach. It was nice to have a binder with menus from various restaurants in the area. We tried several while we were there. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

This unit was set up very well. It is spacious and comfortable. We stayed during Covid 2020 and the beaches had people, but everyone was great about distancing. We will be back. Thank you!

First time in FL

This was my first time in FL and my kids first time seeing the ocean. We absolutely loved the close proximity and easy access to the beach and pool. The residence was beautiful and had lots of nice amenities for my parents. We would definitely stay again.

Great Condo

Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for my family of 6. Enjoyed having the garage to park one of our cars and store beach chairs/umbrella/toys so that we wouldn't have to carry those up to the room. Great location and easy of access to shopping and restaurants. Would love to rent again in the future!

Beautiful condo

Condo was beautiful and very clean. Awesome beach view. My only complaint is not with the condo itself but the parking. You can only bring 1 car and for 6 people, that’s not always feasible for everyone.

Beautiful Property

I have been staying at the Beach Palms for the last 15+years and have stayed in various units. It was such a pleasure to stay in this beautifully redone property. All the amenities we needed! Easy check in and out right next door. Loved having a garage and being on the second floor for an easy walk down to the pool. Would definitely select this property again for our next family vacation at Beach Palms.

Condo is spacious and we'll maintained. Garage has lots of beach chairs and toys. Absolutely loved Indian Shores and we will return soon! Looked to book condo next year, but it's pretty much booked all summer.
