I recently stayed at this Florida property and overall had a decent experience. The unit was well stocked with enough toiletries and trash bags for our stay, which I really appreciated. It made things convenient and we didnât feel like we were constantly running out of supplies. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.However, I do want to mention something that I found misleading in the listing description. It states that chairs and an umbrella are included. Based on that, we assumed this meant beach chair service like many other properties in Florida offerâoften noting clearly if thereâs an additional charge. When we got to the beach and sat under the chairs and umbrella already set up, a gentlemen approached us and informed us it would be 40 per day to use them. While 40 a day may not seem like much, it definitely adds up over several days and was not something we had planned for since the listing said they were included.To clarify for future guests: the âincludedâ chairs are folding beach chairs provided in the room, and the umbrella in our room was broken and bent. We were honestly concerned it might blow away and hurt someone. I was able to get a replacement from the front desk, which was nicer, but it was still a smaller personal umbrellaânot the larger beach setup that you assumeAdditionally, the bed was not very comfortable. It felt like the middle was sinking in, which made it hard to get a good nightâs sleep.Thanks DH
