Please note that our property is a unique, shared space. You will have exclusive access to one side of a second-story duplex, offering privacy and comfort during your stay. The accommodation is part of a larger building, with a securely locked conjoining door separating your space from another rental unit, as well as another attached cottage on the first floor of the property. This setup ensures privacy while allowing you to enjoy a sense of community with fellow travelers if you choose. This specific unit is located on the second floor. Perfect for those seeking a cozy, semi-private experience!

As our valued guests at Beach Boutique, you will have exclusive access to the entire unit and the amenities it offers. This includes the two luxuriously furnished bedrooms, the full bathroom, the full open-concept kitchen and dining area, and the main living room. In addition, you will also have full use of all kitchen appliances, enabling you to easily prepare meals during your stay!

In addition to your unit`s privacy, all guests have access to a shared common area located beneath the duplex. This outdoor communal space is designed for relaxation, socializing, and entertainment. Various shared amenities await you here, including a charcoal grill, a hammock, sun lounge chairs, beach toys, chairs, and fishing poles for those beachside adventures. Due to Hurricane Milton, the bottom unit of the property is currently under construction during business hours. However, your unit is located upstairs, away from the construction, ensuring a comfortable and private stay.
