This recently updated studio condo combines all the amenities of the home!

This recently updated condo has a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, queen size bed and a living area with a Queen size Futon sleeper sofa. Upon opening the door, you are met by an open concept light and airy studio, a beautiful balcony with a view of the private pool, the Clearwater Beach Yacht Club, and the Intra coastal waterway.

Next to the heated pool, there is a charcoal BBQ grill and seating area which makes for a perfect picnic by the bay. You will have an assigned parking space with additional street parking available. A coin-operated washer and dryer shared within the building are also available.

The warm rays and soft sands await you nearby! Being only a 10-minute walk to the beach, you will pass a variety of restaurants, bars, and activities on your way. With an unlimited day pass for only $5.00 you will be only 200ft from the closest Jolley Trolly beach tram stop, the most affordable way to see all of Clearwater Beach, Sand Key, Bellaire Beach, Indian Shores and Indian rocks Beaches, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Trolley will also take you to the world famous Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs, and the up and coming town of Dunedin

Great location!

We love this location and property. We stayed in #25 last year & #23 this year. The units both times were clean and well equipped. Our questions were addressed promptly by property manager.The only issue this year was some confusion at check in as we were trying to open the door to #23. In 2024, we used the combination lock to open the door (#25). this year, the combination lock on #23 was missing a button in the combination given. The combination was for a lockbox on the rail opposite the door containing a key to the unit. Once we realized that, we had no problem getting in. On this issue, the property manager communicated with us quickly.

My sister and I enjoyed this VRBO. Although the pictures online are a bit deceiving (making the space seem bigger than it is.) That said, the space was fine for just my sister and I. Location was perfect. Most things within walking distance. Jolly Trolly or Sun Bus is near by as another option to get around. When we arrived, we couldn't find the sheets for the futon. After calling the contact person, they were delivered very quickly. All along, sheets and the bedding we needed were in a cabinet in the bathroom, we just didn't notice the cabinet. I would recommend this place for 2-3 people, more than that could get a little crowded. Thank you for a nice stay.

The unit was nice just needs some furniture upgrades the bed and couch need to be replaced

The process was easy and understandable and the Florida rental property team there was very outstanding helped me very much while I was there the maintenance guy there brought me maps trolley schedules to help me get around better great team members 5 stars for them alone all in all best vacation I have had in years

Great stay

Everyone enjoyed the condo , the bed was a little tall lol or perhaps we were just a little short, lol The pool was very clean and it was easy to get to places we wanted to see and things we wanted to do. Really enjoyed morning coffee on the Dock and also in the evening ! Honestly considered paying another night but needed to get home thank you so much will consider again when we revisit Clearwater !
