There are 4 private lighted tennis courts, pickleball and shuffleboard – please bring your own rackets and cues. Boat slips are available to drop off or pick up your friends for a fun filled day on the water, no overnight parking. Apart from the boat docks you’ll find a nice fishing dock. Gas grills and several tiki huts waterside are available to prepare your catch of the day and gather with family and friends. You will also enjoy the large 8th floor patio deck with lounge chairs and stunning panoramic water views. A number of coin operated washers and dryers are available on the 4th floor.
