This home is perfect for 1-2 families. When you walk in there is an open concept with the kitchen connecting seamlessly with the dining room table and the living room. On the ground floor there is a guest room with a King size bed and private ensuite bathroom. As you go up the stairs, there is a large room above the garage with one queen, one full size bed and one sleeper sofa. This room also has a private bathroom. Then as you head up the stairs again, the master suite is overlooking the water with a beautiful view. The master suite has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa, and a beautiful modern bathroom.

As you head out to the waterfront, you can grab a drink at the bar or relax on the outdoor furniture. You can enjoy a meal with the whole family prepared on the outdoor grill. You can enjoy early morning yoga out on the dock, or spend some time fishing.

Afterwards, you can walk 7 minutes to the beautiful white sand beaches of Indian Rocks Beach! The turquoise water and beautiful sunsets will make you feel like you’ve arrived in paradise. You can walk along the beach, grab some fresh coffee and pastries, and then take the trolley up to Clearwater Beach or down to St Pete beach!

Bordered by the intracoastal waterway on the east and the Gulf of Mexico on the west, Indian Rocks Beach offers 3 miles of white sand beaches with 27 beach access points along Gulf Blvd. It's an island oasis.
One of the best things about staying here is the neighborhood. If you aren't familiar with Indian Rocks Beach, be prepared to enjoy the ABSOLUTE coolest beach community in Florida.
It has a spectacular beach of course but the attitude and vibe are palpable. With only one large Hotel, the beach has retained "village" feel. With mostly cottages and very few multistory condos nothing about it feels like a "tourist trap". Loaded with local restaurants, this is an uber cool, laid back beach town. And when you want to "rev it up" for a night, its a 10 minute trip by car to Clearwater Beach. Or you can ride the trolley!
There are more than enough restaurants and bars in Indian Rocks for weeks of amazing food and nightlife so don't feel the need to leave for good food or fun. It's the perfect central location for exploring Tampa/Clearwater/St. Petersburg area with none of the great destinations being more than 30 minutes away.
