Ein wunderschönes Apartment, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind atemberaubend schön. Der Kontakt mit der Inhaberin Patricia war jederzeit möglich und sehr, sehr nett.Ein Aufenthalt ist fĂŒr Menschen jeden Alters empfehlenswert. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Pelican’s Cove is our favorite place to stay in IRB. This stay was especially nice due the unit we stayed in having absolutely everything we needed from well equipped kitchen and ample towels and linens to plenty of chairs for the beach. We loved spending time on the porch and the reclining furniture inside was a bonus on the few days we couldn’t be outside. Beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough about Patricia,the owner. She is a very gracious lady and is very responsive to any questions. Can’t wait to come back

Great Gulf Front Condo

What’s not to like? Right on the beach, nice pool, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, large living room area with power recliners in the sofa and love seat, roomy balcony. NO CROWDS! You just can’t find this much space and live ability in a hotel. We will hopefully be able to stay again.

Outstanding Indian Rocks Property

We have vacationed in Indian Rocks Beach for over 40 years and this property was by far the nicest! First the owner is the most helpful and quick to respond that we have experienced. The condo itself has beautiful views with modern amenities with a very warm feel. Outstanding vacation home!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo “ticked all the boxes” for us for our spring getaway. Our host, Patricia was excellent to work with-always quick to respond and answer questions, so gracious and lovely to talk with. The condo was clean and very well equipped. Furnishings and beds were quite comfortable and the quality of the linens and towels was excellent. We did find that the floors were not cleaned as well as they could be, but when we brought this up with the owner, she communicated that she was going to look into a solution for the problem. There are many great restaurants within walking distance (Guppy’s and Crabby Bill’s) and there are a couple of Publix grocery stores, Walgreens, CVS and Walmart a short drive away. We loved that the beach is steps away from the building and the view was spectacular from the balcony! There are umbrellas, chairs and beach toys in the ground level locker to use at the beach. The building is very quiet and well maintained. We are looking forward to our next visit to #204 Pelican Cove! We highly recommend this property.

Disappointing

We were disappointed with our stay in this condo. We got off on the wrong foot with the host before we arrived. When our airline changed our arrival time to early morning (9:00 am) we requested an early check-in. (Normal check-in was 3:00pm) We understand that accommodating an early check-in can be difficult. In this case however, the prior tenant vacated the place the day before our arrival. The host said she would call us as soon as the cleaners finished and that it would be after lunch. She called at 2:48. We just feel she could have tried a little harder to accommodate a guest that just dropped over 4K on her rental. We were also disappointed the condition of the condo. For example, both the ceramic tile surround and the porcelain on the guest bathtub were both badly chipped and cracked with debris falling into the bath water (very dangerous). I cut myself on the sharp edge of the medicine mirror. There was an adequate supply of nice silverware, glasses, and dishes. However, pots, pans, and cookware were old and in poor condition. My wife called the old non-stick frypan “disgusting” and would not even use it. The toaster was filthy and required a good cleaning before use. The bar height wood dining set was uncomfortable as were the PVC chairs on the patio. Also, the lock on the patio door was broken, which the owner was aware of but did not let us know. The place was reasonably tidy but not clean by our standards. For example, the glass patio doors were smeary and there was a thick layer of dust on the fire sprinkler head in the kitchen. We could go on and on but don’t want to write a book. We have stayed in several VRBO rentals over the years. This is the first time we have ever written a negative review. This was not one of the better experiences.

Terrific beachfront property

A very well kept property with a tremendous beach view. Easy access to the beach. Pat (the owner) was very accommodating to our last minute changes and exceptionally responsive when we had a few questions or needed assistance. Highly recommend this property for a beach stay.

Great place. We’d stay again.

Everything was clean and well stocked. Patricia was quick to respond to any questions and flexible with our requests. The red tide was not pleasant but we still had a wonderful vacation in an amazing location with all the comforts we could need. Upgraded linens, utensils and furnishings made us feel right at home.

You have to see to appreciate

Great beach location, comfortable, spacious, very well equipped condo and near many restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful vacation with perfect weather. Very helpful and responsive owner. Only minor concerns were cleanliness of tile floors (black feet!) and absence of chopping board and drink coasters. Highly recommend.
