(No construction at this building until 2027) Enjoy breath-taking sunsets and salty sea breezes from the spacious balcony overlooking the Sand Key and Clearwater Beaches, and the Clearwater skyline all from the 18th floor. Enjoy the beachside experience with views from almost anywhere at the beautiful Crescent Beach Club -18B! All the comforts of home await in this spacious beachy unit with floor to ceiling windows. This unit was remodeled with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The club boasts amenities such as 2 luxurious heated ocean front pools, 24-hour security, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise room, a sauna and private steam rooms. Walk to 5 local restaurants with outdoor seating options. Balcony bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic king size bed and private bath. The split floor plan hosts a second bedroom, with attached bathroom hosting a queen Tempur-Pedic and a twin bunk bed.

*Rental restrictions apply. Condo Association Lease Agreement must be filled out and returned at least 7 days before your check-in date. We complete the agreement and send to you via DocuSign for your e-signatures. We cover the fee as well.

Sand Key is a peaceful paradise nestled about two miles south of Clearwater Beach and famous Pier 60. It is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous restaurants. This community is ideally located and close to literally everything ... downtown Clearwater & Largo, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

The beach was clean and quiet. It was never crowded- plenty of room to play, walk and hunt for shells! Property was clean and well maintained. Sand Key is a wonderful area to relax and enjoy the ocean. Short walk or drive to Clearwater Beach.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was lovely and the view was breathtaking. It had everything we needed for a family trip with a young child and elderly grandmother. The location was perfect for those who are looking for a quiet, clean beach and pool experience. The communication with Becki and Larry was great! They were very helpful and responded quickly.
