Downstairs (right off of the game room) you'll find the most fun kids' bedroom you've ever seen! Two built-in bunk beds that are connected with a slide are the centerpiece of the room. Keep the kids entertained with the smart TV & lots of board games in here, too!

Upstairs, you'll find the other four bedrooms, each with their own unique design! The master has a king bed with an attached ensuite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have 1 queen bed in each, with a shared hallway bathroom.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
All the bathrooms in this home are freshly renovated and beautifully modern! The master ensuite bathroom has two sinks and a walk-in shower. Right down the hall is the bathroom shared by the other three upstairs bedrooms, which has a one sink (with TONS of counter space) and a shower/tub combo. Downstairs, the common area bathroom (also used by the kids' room) has one sink and a walk-in shower

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The kitchen continues with the gorgeous, tropical vibe that is so perfectly designed through the entire home. With lots of counter space and bar tops seating, it's a great kitchen for entertaining!

Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright and welcoming. The formal dining room seats 8 (plus 2 bar top seats in the kitchen), and there is also a second dining table in the screened-in patio.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
As you walk into the home, you're greeted with the big, open living room, which has comfy seating and a fun, tropical mural painted on the wall! It's a great place for your movie or game nights, where the whole family can sit together in this cozy space!

At the other end of the house, you'll enter the game room. This open area is filled with a pool table, foosball, smart TV, and bar seating to make the most out of the entertainment that you will surely host here!

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
Right off of the game room is the screened in patio, with more comfy seating, games (Connect 4 & Giant Jenga), and another dining table.

Right beyond the screened-in patio, you'll be greeted with a HUGE tropical backyard - the main attraction of the home! Complete with a heated pool, sun bathing chairs, wood-burning fire pit, corn hole, a jungle gym for the kids, corn hole, putting green, and hammocks; there is SO much to choose from out here!

Of course, the beach is just a few minutes away - but you may very well have all that you need right inside our home!

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
