With Harbor views from the balcony, this brand new, 3 bedroom and 1 den spacious vacation home is nestled directly over the Inter-Coastal Waterway harbor. Beautifully decorated with beach art, this 2107 square foot condo, plus large 350 square foot balcony – unit boasts 10 foot ceilings, large open concept kitchen, living room (70" TV), and dining room.
Balcony includes 4 seat High-top entertainment table + 6 seat dining room table + 4 Muskoka chairs for watching the sunset. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Kitchen: Granite counter tops, 4 seat bar, fully equipped with stainless steel Fridge, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher with additional cooking Ninja Pro Smokeless Foodie with BBQ Grill and Air Fryer, Ninja Blender. Dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Master bedroom features a king sized bed with zero gravity lift, built in USB charging stations on both night tables, 55” LG Smart TV, oversized walk in closet, and oversized master bathroom, double vanity, walk-in glass shower and separate tub.

Guest room #1 features a king sized bed + 55” LG Smart TV and USB charging port. Guest room #2 features 2 twin beds + 55” LG Smart TV and USB charging port. Guest room #3 / Den features a queen & twin bunk bed. Laundry: GE front loading washing machine and dryer
All privacy blinds remote controlled in entire condo, and bedroom shades are blackout for maximum sleep comfort. Upgraded secure high speed internet included for those that need to work or for all your streaming needs to watch movies/shows.

Common area pool and spa overlook the harbor.

1.5 mile walk to John’s Pass shops and dining OR take the taxi golf cart rides.
Boat rentals, scooter rentals, jet ski rentals in the harbor below, and outside the Cambria Hotel, as well as John’s Pass. 0.2 mile walk to the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful beaches of Madeira (Mad Beach) – 180 second walk to dipping your toes in the water. Guests can enjoy our owner’s beach lockers where we have a wagon, chairs, cooler, etc.

Electric Vehicle Chargers: The Harbor provides two electric vehicle charging stations in the secure garage, available on a first come first serve basis. A limited number of visitor spaces are available within the secure parking garage and a FOB is required to access. There is no visitor parking outside, however there are city pay lots a half a block away.

When staying in a SunHost managed unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks. Approximately 1.5 miles south of Shores of Madeira.

This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Great condo and great location

The condo is brand new and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The view from the large balcony was so pleasant, the pool was heated, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfy, loved having the washer and dryer, and the place was spotless. About a block to the beach but they don't have beach chairs or towels. We were lucky that my cousin lives nearby and he lent us his beach chairs and towels but you could rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach for a daily fee if needed. The CVS, Winn Dixie, some fun little shops were all nearby. Try Mario's Italian just around the corner for good Italian food but get there early or around 8 pm because it's small. We sat outside on the bench and enjoyed talking to the other travelers while we waited. Key West Fish Co. (steamed shrimp and crab claws) and Amish Ice Cream just across the street. We rented a golf cart (walk 1/2 a block to rent it!) and had fun tooling around. We had to check in at a separate office off the property to get the key fobs for the garage. Management was friendly and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was GREAT! We really enjoyed the condo and all it had to offer. It was very clean and spacious for our family of 8. We have a daughter in a wheelchair and she was able to move freely throughout the condo without any restrictions. A definite plus for us! Our only complaint is that the condo did not offer any carts to help with move in and move out day. We had to make numerous trips to the garage to unpack and pack our car. This was a bit tiresome. Overall we loved our vacation at The Harbor.

Relaxing Spring Break

We were able to spread out as we had a four bedroom condominium. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a very large balcony, where we could get some sun, eat, and most importantly for our 15 year old grandson play cards. There were places to eat within walking distance. The beach was a short walk away. We would likely rent this condo again and we found Sun Host easy to work with.
