This is a very large corner unit with a private 30 foot balcony. Onsite heated pool. Partial Beach Views from Bedrooms and Balcony. Updated kitchen with solid surface counter and all white appliances. Tiled throughout with updated tile baths. Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite dual sink vanity and stand up shower bath, and access to the balcony. Guest bedroom has two full size beds. Open spacious dining and living area opens to the balcony. Full Size Washer and dryer in unit. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure may be required. Call for exceptions. The living room and both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Free highspeed wifi. There is no phone in this condo. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
