Welcome to Sunset Vistas, a beautiful beachfront resort on Treasure Island designed to make your getaway unforgettable. This 4th-floor, west-facing 2BR/2BA suite in Sunset Vistas North offers 870 sq. ft. of comfort and stunning sunset views from your private balcony—perfect for evening cocktails by the sea.

The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 with a king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven/range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and in-unit washer/dryer. There’s dining for five plus a breakfast bar for two, free high-speed Wi-Fi, large-screen TVs, and ceiling fans throughout. A Pack-n-Play and highchair are also provided for your convenience.

Resort amenities include a large geothermal-heated pool, adult pool, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, fitness center, tropical courtyard, tiki bar, onsite café serving breakfast through dinner, and direct access to Treasure Island Beach—ranked among the best beaches in the world. You’ll also find nearby surf shops and a shared beach supply bin by the tiki bar. One covered parking space is included (garage clearance 6'8"); additional parking is not guaranteed. On departure day, please move your vehicle so cleaners may access the space.

You’ll be close to John’s Pass Village, Splash Harbour Water Park, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete, and within an hour of Busch Gardens and other popular attractions, plus endless dining, nightlife, and shopping options.

To help you settle in, we provide starter supplies including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish soap, trash bags, a few laundry sheets, dish detergent and sponge, ground coffee or coffee pods, and dish towels. Each guest receives one set of bath towels and one beach towel based on occupancy. Supplies are not replenished. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, spices, coffee filters, cream or sugar, or foil.

One guest must be at least 25 years old. Only documented service animals are permitted per ADA and Florida law. If someone other than the booking guest is paying, the payer must be added to the reservation and is the only person authorized to e-sign the rental agreement. Guest instructions auto-send at 3PM on arrival day. Check-in is after 4PM; early check-in may be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee if available. Mail delivery is not permitted.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no-refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in, including cancellations due to health, weather, hurricanes (June 1–Nov. 30), red tide, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events. Hurricane-related closures or amenity interruptions do not qualify for refunds. Approved date changes, if allowed, incur a $50 fee plus any rate difference.

Please note: We do not provide additional supplies during your stay, regardless of its length. Some of the main items we do not provide include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, and aluminum foil.

IMPORTANT: If you book this unit but another party is making the payment, you must add the payer’s email address to the booking. The payer will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Only the person who submits payment is authorized to sign the rental agreement.

Age Requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals—only documented service animals.

Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds due to health conditions, weather conditions, water conditions (including cold water or red tide), or transportation/road conditions (including flight cancellations). A change to your booking dates may not be possible; however, if a date change is approved by the owner, a $50 fee per date change will apply. If the new dates are at a lower rate, the difference will not be refunded; if higher, the difference will be charged.

Again, due to the no-refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended—especially if your stay falls during Florida’s hurricane season (June 1 through November 30).

Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. We cannot guarantee pool temperatures during colder months and do not offer refunds or discounts due to cold water temperatures.

Please understand the potential aftermath of a hurricane. There may be temporary closures—possibly lasting weeks—of restaurants, shops, roads, beaches, amenities, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. The no-refund policy will remain in effect under these circumstances. This is why we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Some policies offered during booking may include a “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) option. Please carefully review the policy details and exclusions. If coverage is not offered during booking, you may purchase insurance through a third-party provider. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will not be available in these situations.

Early check-in: Because we have a high number of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting early check-in. Standard check-in begins at 4 PM Eastern. If the unit becomes available early, we will notify you on the morning of arrival. A $50 early check-in fee will apply.

The payer of the booking must sign our rental agreement to ensure that guest instructions are automatically sent at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Mail delivery is not permitted, as this is a vacation rental. If you need mail during your stay, we recommend purchasing a local P.O. Box.
