I dont normally leave bad reviews but this place is overrated....check in is at 4 & not 1 minute before & check out at 10 is not one minute later. We were rudely & aggressively kicked out of our parking spot @9:59 am. Went to a different condo that was graciously accomdating...I will never stay there again

My family of 5 (3 young kids) stayed here for spring break and it was great. Directly on the beach, parking space right next to the elevator in a covered garage, and beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The unit was clean and well stocked. I had a few questions and the property manager was very fast to respond. There were a few nights we heard loud spring breakers screaming but we turned our sound machines up and couldn’t hear anything after that. The unit does have very bright lights outside the door which made the front room bright for my kids at night, but we put a blanket up on the curtain rod and that helped darken it. We cooked the entire week and the pots and pans were great. It didn’t take too long to walk from our unit to the beach. The unit also had plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, a very nice cooler, and sand toys for the kids. The beach was not too crowded for peak spring break time. We just had a very rowdy crowd by us one day. We only went to the pool on our last day, but both were very nice. The baby pool was amazing for our 2 and 4 year olds with zero entry and little fountains. There is also a bar between the two pools and a nice little cafe to get food and drinks. Great fitness room. The location was great- barely a 5 min drive to John’s pass. We went out for ice cream every night and never drove more than a few minutes. You can easily walk there. Very nice park for kids 5 min away and a yummy bakery we went to multiple times. Would come back again!

Excellent location, steps to the pool, hot tub, pristine beach. Well equipped 2 Bdrm, 2 bath condo with super private view of the beach and horizon for sunset vista. Wonderful condo, perfect location!

Condo was exactly like advertised! Clean, modern, and well-furnished. We loved the ability to use the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella! Easy walks to St Johns Pass (about 1/2 mile) and a little further the other direction to even more restaurants/bars. Pool and beach were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. We loved going to John's Pass Village (1/2 mile down the road) for dinner almost every night. We saw multiple dolphins while eating outside on the boardwalk at Sculley's. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and was convenient to be access and nearby restaurants. The 2nd bedroom is very small but both bedrooms had comfortable beds and sleeper sofa was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked very well. The north elevators were down when we arrived but were repaired by the next day. We also had issues with roaches and a slow drain in the kitchen sink but property manager was quick to respond and sent pest control the same day and plumber the we day .Overall a nice place to stay.
