Spectacular, completely remodeled oceanside 2 bedroom 2 bath gym located on the beautiful white sand beaches of Treasure Island. Our condo is perfect to experience Florida charm with modern conveniences. Your own private spot without any of the worry about large crowds or elevators associated with hotels or large condo complexes. The condo has private parking, private entrance, and on a spacious beach that’s a half a mile from any public parking offering a more private experience.



The Space:

Our oceanfront condo provides the prefect layout for families with separated bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Most vacation rentals in the area are located in large condo complexes. This unique condo with a smaller townhome setup opens up horizontally to beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is fully stocked with all brand new kitchen utensils, dish-ware and everything you need to make a gourmet meal. We provide both a Keurig (starter pack of K-cups provided) and a French press coffee maker. We offer plenty of pillows (we offer regular foam and memory foam pillows), sheets and new fluffy towels. There is a large capacity washer and dryer inside the unit. Our guests will enjoy beach towels, beach chairs (6) and beach umbrellas which are provided.

The Neighborhood:

The area of Treasure Island is a treasure in and of itself and has over 100 restaurants with everything from fine dining to beachfront tiki bars, many within walking distance. Most of the restaurants off take-out and/or delivery options and if you prefer to cook, there is a new Publix grocery store on the island less than a mile away. It's a perfect location to explore the beaches of Pinellas County as well as the bustling city of downtown St. Petersburg. Our condo is perfect for relaxing with a significant other, vacationing with the kids, or having a girl’s trip!



Getting Around:

We recommend a car to have the opportunity to explore the area.



Other Things to Note:

Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear as a covid precaution.



Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.
