Unique 2,000 sq ft space consisting of 3 bed/2 bath condo and a Private Poolside Cabana, exclusive use for Unit 4. This 4-unit condo building is located steps away from the soft, white sands and blue waters. It offers stunning ocean views in a peaceful atmosphere. The spacious condo has been fully remodeled, featuring upscale amenities and coastal decor to create a charming, relaxing space for your dream beach retreat. Enjoy the sound of the waves from your private balcony, stroll along the beach, or unwind by the saltwater pool & hot tub.

This prime property and condo have had countless 5-star reviews since emerging in 2018 as a boutique vacation resort. As of March 2024, the property is now managed by the Four Shores building Owners. Hosting sites do not allow reviews to transfer.

Four Shores #4 Palm Condo is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Rental that now pairs with the Poolside Cabana. The space accommodates 8 guests. The Poolside Cabana is exclusive to Unit #4 Palm Condo. Located in a 4-unit Boutique Resort directly on the sandy beaches of Indian Shores, perfect for family and friends. The condo offers breathtaking views and has been fully remodeled, offering upscale furnishings. Indulge in ultimate relaxation by the Heated Pool or relax in the Hot Tub, all while listening to the soothing sounds of crashing waves. This backyard oasis is perfect for unwinding on the Sun Loungers or enjoying a deliciously cooked meal from the grill

The space:
This beautifully renovated second-floor condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The Poolside Cabana is located on the ground floor just below. Relax and enjoy the refreshing seaside. Our 3-bedroom unit consists of two King Bedrooms and a Queen Bedroom. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed. Each bedroom is designed for comfort and tranquility, equipped with premium linens, smart TVs, and ample storage space for all your belongings. The primary bedroom has a King Bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a closet. The Poolside Cabana is air-conditioned and has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two Smart TVs, a Nintendo Switch (equipped with top games like Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros.), and ample space to dine, lounge, and entertain your group. The Cabana offers an additional living room and a granite island, perfect for gathering together, and counter space to spread out meals. Take a couple of steps outside to soak up the sun on the loungers or enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool.

The panoramic balcony is sure to provide breathtaking sunsets. The spacious balcony has a round table with four chairs and another two chairs with a side table. This is the perfect area to soak in the fresh sea breeze and enjoy a cocktail during nature’s daily sunset show. Wake up refreshed to the sounds of waves and the powdery, white sands. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops fulfills any chef’s dream. The kitchen is the perfect space to prepare a delicious meal in good company, with 4 high-top chairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a dual-purpose granite counter that can be used as a desk workspace or a dry bar to mix your favorite hand-crafted cocktails. The living room is large enough for any game night or a comfortable space to relax after a long day in the sun. It has a large Smart TV perfect for catching the can’t-miss action of the big game or watching a movie. There is a full-size laundry unit with a washer and dryer inside the condo. The unit offers 8 beach towels, a Pack ‘N Play Crib, and a Ground-Floor Beach Storage Locker, including all beach essentials (6 Beach Chairs, a Beach Umbrella, a Beach Cart, and Beach Toys) for an ideal beach day.

You’ll love the exclusive feel of the quaint 4-unit condo building. The building offers unmatched amenities: a year-round heated saltwater pool, hot tub, a grill, and ample sun loungers just steps away from the white sand and the Gulf. The location of the building is suited to all interests: dining, shopping, mini-golf, karaoke, and endless adventures. Indian Shores is sure to offer something for every member of your party. Indian Shores Food Mart (a convenience store) and Little Island Ice Cream Shop are located directly across the street. The building is within walking distance of various restaurants and attractions like Caddy’s (7 min walk), Sharky`s Sea Pub (7 min walk), DJ`s Clam Shack (7 min walk), Green Iguana Rentals (7 min walk), Island Marine Rentals (8 min walk), and Smuggler`s Cove Mini Golf (16 min walk) to name a few. This elegant vacation rental awaits one of your most memorable vacations.

We provide a starter supply kit. Kitchen: a paper towel roll, full dish soap, fresh sponge, 3 dishwasher pods, and 3 laundry pods. Each Bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper & 2 hotel bar soaps (we have dispensers in the showers that provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash)

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each stay prior to Check-In. A link for this agreement will be sent at the time of booking.

We are on-site daily in the mornings, setting up, prepping lounge chairs, cleaning tables, and addressing all common area needs, ready for you to make the most of your day.

Four Shores FAQs

Are the pool and spa operational since the storms?

Yes! We reopened on October 31, 2024, and have been hosting extremely happy guests ever since! The pool, spa, and all amenities are fully operational. Anything that was impacted by the storms has been replaced with new items, and the beaches are open!

Does the building have an elevator?

There is no elevator. Condos #2 Sunset and #4 Palm are located up one flight of stairs (approximately 15 steps). Condos #1 Beach and #3 Gulf are located up two flights of stairs (approximately 30 steps). The Poolside Cabana is located on the ground floor. Per city ordinance and FEMA regulations, there is no overnight occupancy or running water in the cabana.

Do you provide beach towels and beach gear?

Yes, we supply eight beach towels. Each unit also has a beach storage locker equipped with six beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, and sand toys.

When can I use the pool and hot tub? What temperatures are the pool and spa heated to?

Per city ordinance, the pool and spa are closed during quiet hours from 10 PM until 8 AM. The heated pool is set to 85 degrees, and the spa is set to heat to 101 degrees (it takes 10-15 minutes to reach the maximum temperature).

How many parking spaces are provided?

This unit provides 1 Tandem parking space (one car in front of the other) that can accommodate 2 cars. Condo numbers are on the front of the building as you pull into the carport.

What kind of coffee maker is in the unit?

The unit has a Keurig Duo that can make cups of coffee with Keurig pods or a pot with coffee grounds.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances (Quiet time 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
5. Rinse off and return all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment on sand overnight.

Indian Shores is a small, charming beach town located on the West Coast of Florida. It is known for its stunning white sandy beaches and clear blue waters. The town offers a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, perfectly suited for a quiet beach getaway. Indian Shores is also famous for its stunning sunsets over the Gulf, providing a picturesque backdrop. The town is a hidden gem on Florida`s Gulf Coast, offering a relaxing, scenic setting for your perfect beach vacation. The town has various restaurants and cafes serving fresh seafood and local dishes. 30 Minutes from St. Pete Clearwater Airport (PIE) and 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport (TPA). Clearwater Beach is located about 20 minutes north, downtown St. Petersburg is about 35 minutes away, and downtown Tampa is about 40 minutes away. Indian Shores is a prime location suited for all activities and adventures.

There are many dining options, sweet treats, and even convenience stores that are just a short walk away. Indian Shores Food Mart and Little Island Ice Cream are located directly across the street. Walking is a great way to explore the town and the beautiful beachfront views: Caddy’s (7 min walk), Sharky`s Sea Pub (7 min walk), DJ`s Clam Shack (7 min walk), Island Marine Rentals (8 min walk), and Smuggler`s Cove Mini Golf (16 min walk). Bikes and recreational rentals (scooters, paddleboards, kayaks, etc.) are available for rent at Green Iguana Rentals (7 min walk). If looking to go a little further, rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are always available, or try riding the Suncoast Beach Trolley. The Suncoast Beach Trolley costs $2.25 per person and goes as far north as Downtown Clearwater and as far south as St. Pete Beach. There is a stop for the Suncoast Beach Trolley in front of the building.

Hidden Paradise

Wow! This is such a special place. We had never stayed in this part of Florida and decided last minute to book this VRBO for a long weekend during Spring Break. The pool area and hot tub are beautiful and was a treat with gorgeous lighting. Our rental also included a cabana that was a cool hide out for my kids to play Mario Cart together. We had every meal but one in the condo and even used the grill one evening, which I loved! Walking straight out to the beach was a dream and I felt like we had our own private beach because the public access was quite far away. I very much enjoyed sitting on the beach by myself and felt comfortable doing so knowing my teenagers could find me easily. I collected really cool shells from the crystal emerald waters and took many dips. We packed our stay with fun stuff like a boat rental, jet skis, wild sea bird sanctuary and St John’s Pass. We will certainly be back😍
