Looking for a beachside getaway with plenty of space? This modern coastal apartment in Indian Rocks Beach is just steps from the sand, offering stunning Gulf views and breathtaking sunsets.

Recently updated, the condo features two comfortable king-size beds, each with a 49” TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. The open-concept living and dining area provides plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Please note: Our unit was unaffected by the recent storms; however, some areas of the community—including exterior siding and laundry facilities—are undergoing repairs. Additionally, units at the back of the community near the beach sustained more significant damage and are currently under construction. We want to be fully transparent so there are no surprises upon arrival.

When you’re ready to explore, Indian Rocks Beach offers a variety of fantastic restaurants, live music venues, and outdoor activities. Enjoy fresh seafood at Salt Rock Grill, sip cocktails at The Pub, or grab a bite at local favorites like Keegan’s, Caddy’s, and Wahoo’s.

For more adventure, take a short ride on the beach trolley to John’s Pass Village for shopping and water sports, or head to Clearwater Beach to visit the Clearwater Aquarium, home of the famous dolphin, Winter, from Dolphin Tale.

Indian Rocks Beach is just south of Clearwater Beach for those who want more activities and we are only 40 mins to Tampa Airport and short hops to many golf courses. Theme parks are all within 45 mins to 1 1/2 hours drive.

Founded in the early 1800`s Indian Rocks Beach and developed mainly since the 1940`s, Indian Rocks Beach is a thriving community that has maintained most of its original character, and supports a lively mixture of recreational activities.

There are many annual events such as the popular Arts and Crafts Festival every November and April. and the Holiday Boat Parade where lighted and festively decorated boats will cruise down the Intracoastal Waterway.

Indian Rocks Beach has many parks and Kolb park is one of three Pinellas County parks to open a “skate park” which is located across the street from City Hall. Besides the skate park, there are other amenities such as tennis courts, a playground, and baseball field for others to enjoy.

We also have a Nature Preserve Park with a winding boardwalk that will take you on a tour of some of the most beautiful natural settings along the Intracoastal Waterway.
