There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.

Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our visit. The property was convenient easy check in. It’s not the Ritz but roomy and clean. Communication and check in were easy and simple. The pool area and pool itself were nice. There was no music when we were there in the pool area which would have been nice but not a bad thing as music tastes differ. It was nice clean and quiet. Two min walk to the beach just had to cross the road very simple. Plenty of food options close by and if you like dive bars like my husband and myself the Shipwreck is stumble distance. The only downside was the construction right outside our bedroom window. Just our luck no one’s fault. We will stay again without hesitation.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. It was clean, comfortable and I hope to return soon. I stayed with my dog and having space to sit and watch tv other than the bed was wonderful. Also the full size refrigerator and microwave made it so easy to spend the day out and relax in the evening. So close to the beach and the pier. Lovely.

Amazing location, extremely clean property

My husband and I had an incredible time. The location of this property is spot on, very clean, nice and peaceful. Outstanding communication with the host, she checked on us frequently and even gave pointers for food and attraction. We will for sure be returning in the future.

Lost lots of money

The check in process was very easy. In a good location with walking distance to all sorts of shops and restaurants. What really made this trip a terrible experience was due to hurricane Idalia. We got emailed to evacuate by 7pm Monday but did not get the email till 8:30pm. Was not called or texted to verify the email was gotten. Within the e-mail to evacuate Antoni made it clear he was not refunding the stay or the hotels we had to stay in. Told us that since he didn’t evacuate us the city did it wasn’t his problem to refund. He also did not communicate with us if the condo was damaged or safe for us to return. We had to ask him and and wait for a response. Out of our Sunday-Friday reservation we got to sleep there 2 times. Very displeased about the situation and how it was handled. Waste off vacation time and money.

Laid Back Vibe, Excellent Location

Location was great, no issues with parking, liked that it was on the ground floor and unit had a spacious lay out! Bed was comfortable! Loved the front outside sitting area and colorful lighting! Check in/out process was smooth! I highly recommend especially at that price point! It was a fair price! Only thing I recommend is having blinds or sheer curtains, in addition to the black out curtains. We liked the idea of bright natural light with existing curtains open; but when people would Walk by, they could see in/us. If curtains were closed it was very dark and drab. The bathroom also needs some touch ups (rust, chipped window, etc) I’m glad they provided a broom and dust pan, that was a nice touch! I gave five stars, because I will definitely go back and think others would enjoy it as well!

Conveniently located to everything in walking distance. Apartment was nice size, looked freshly painted, was not completely updated, and cleaning crew could’ve done a better job upon arrival, but overall we had a great time, and would stay again. The beach is absolutely beautiful.

Everything about this place was fantastic! One block from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, a bar around the corner, and not in an overcrowded area. Antoni checked in almost everyday and sent great food recommendations. It was spacious and updated. Loved it, can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay in this place, very clean, close to the beach and a family atmosphere. The kitchen was very accessible for us as we had two babies. We enjoyed the hot pool with the kids and I really recommend this place and we intend to come back.

Very nice!

The place was very clean and bright! The pictures didn't do it justice. It was great! Just a suggestion to the owner to add some hooks in the bathroom or bedroom for hanging swimwear, etc. Everything was very nice.
