10 Pipers III â Beachfront Bliss with Ocean Views, Private Balcony & Grill Area
This modern condo with a touch of feels-like home sleeps a total of 10 guests. It exudes comfort and the perfect beach vacation vibes!
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, a deep sink, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, wine/beverage refrigerator, and full-size fridge with water/ice dispenser. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available. The washer and dryer are located right underneath the counter island.
Dining Area: Tucked between the kitchen and living room is the dining table equipped with 4 dining chairs with a bench that sits 2 total. A total of 4 bar stools line the kitchen breakfast bar, perfect for kicking back and enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage.
Living Room: Includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa and loveseat, smart TV, and faux fireplace. The sliding glass doors give you a stunning view of the ocean and are just steps away from relaxing out on the balcony to soak in the sight before you.
Bathrooms #1 & #2: Full bath with sink, toilet, and tub/shower combo.
Bathroom #3: Equipped with toilet, sink, and large standing shower.
Bedroom #1: 2 twin beds with a wall-mounted TV and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #2: A Queen bed with ceiling fan, TV, and bedside tables and lamps.
Bedroom #3: Upstairs, with a King bed, wall-mounted TV, dresser cabinet, ceiling fan, and sliding windows looking out into the main living area (with sliding privacy curtains, of course!)
Bedroom #4: The master bedroom is equipped with a King-size bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, and walk-in closet. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom behind the sliding door with a mounted mirror.
Outdoors: Outback are several picnic tables, sun loungers, a sitting area, and a shared grill, perfect for grilling and socializing in the Florida sun. And when you're ready to spend some time on the beach, look no further, as you're only mere steps away with Pipers' own beach access!
*There is no elevator on the property. This unit is on the 3rd floor.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited when on the property. This policy extends to but is not limited to, indoor and outdoor grounds, walkways and sidewalks, swimming pools, communal areas, and parking lots. A $250 fee will be charged to the person(s) who violate this policy. Illegal substances are not permitted on the property.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Parking: This property guarantees only 1 parking space. There is no additional or guest parking at this time.

Within the quaint town of Indian Shores, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away.
