Enjoy the most relaxing vacation in this spacious one bedroom one bathroom Boca Ciega Bay waterside condo. Watch the dolphins play, the sea birds soar and the boats move gently through the bay on your large private balcony. Watch the sunset while enjoying evening cocktails. There are numerous outdoor activities in the area. Bring your kayaks and bicycles. The building offers a kayak launch, and we are located across the street from the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail Loop, a 75-mile continuous multi-use pathway stretching from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg. The marina across the street offers boat rentals to explore the intercoastal waterways. And of course, there is the beach, only 2.7 miles from the condo.

Just my thoughts.

My stay at this property was very nice. There was a couple things that could’ve required a little bit better cleaning. The basics for kitchen were there except I would’ve appreciated a Keurig machine. Would have appreciated a table and chairs rather than just a workspace. I know there were chairs at the counter, but not everybody prefers. A small table would’ve been great. The bed was very comfortable. One thing I would comment on is in the shower there is a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and it is right where your shoulder would hit it. Would probably recommend move it to the wall below the shower head. I would have preferred a high top with two or four chairs on the balcony. Chairs with backs were a little bit uncomfortable on the thighs with a bar hits.

Didnt want to leave!!

What an amazing place. If you needed something it was there. Bed was very comfy. AC worked great and view was wonderful. I enjoyed my mornings and afternoons watching the dolphins manatees and rays in the water. Made friends with some birds too. Ill def be back. Beaches were easy to get to and plenty of spots to eat. Next time ill bring food because i could have cooked anything with the loaded kitchen. Great weekend for my grandaughter and I.

Incredible condo in an amazing location

The condo is awesome. The balcony has an amazing view overlooking the bay. I saw lots of fish, dolphins, birds and beautiful boats cruising by. Doc Fords is right next door and was a perfect spot with live music and great food. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities you’d need. I wish I could have stayed longer than the 11 nights I was there, it was perfect!! Charles the host was great and a super nice guy.

Great views and easy access

Although the weather wasn't what we had hoped, the property was all we could have asked for. Convenient location to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go: Beaches, John's Pass, Treasure Island, Indian Rocks Beach, Seminole...all within minutes.Loved it!

This was one of the best properties we have had the pleasure of staying at. Very clean. Great view. Location and access to the ball fields and other places we visited were perfect. Pricing was reasonable. We definitely would consider staying here again.

Property was very clean and as advertised. View from balcony was even better than I expected. All the essentials were there. Only thing I missed was a grab bar in the shower.

A fabulous condo !!

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo , condo was clean & well maintained. , with all the utensils we needed ., We especially enjoyed our morning coffee & evening glass of wine on the patio , view was amazing , right on the bay , never tired of watching boats come & go , & watching the graceful dolphins , we even seen a couple of stingrays swim by ., And right across the street is the Pinellas walking , running or biking trail, which we used almost every morning .. we would definitely stay here again .. Also , the owner was very accessible , he responded to any questions we had, right away ..

Great Stay!

Great location with a beautiful view. Unit was very clean and everything worked. We started everyday off with coffee on the balcony (dolphins joined us on several mornings). Finished everyday with a swim in the pool and visit to the hot tub before diner. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

This was the perfect location for us while our son was there for a High School Baseball trip. 5 minutes from Baseball City and easy access to everything. The view from the patio was spectacular! Would love to come back again next year.
