It has impeccably designed rooms, a games-room, a fitness space, a kids area and a stunning outdoor area complete with a BBQ area and a gorgeous heated jacuzzi - itâs everything you need to make your holiday epic. Ideal for families or groups, with space for up to 10 guests. Whether summer or winter, this villa promises an unforgettable stay in picturesque Malta.
The Space:
Congratulations! Caprigem villa is a rare find and it could be your home away from home really soon. Itâs by the sea in one of the islandâs most picturesque areas areas. Itâs perfect both during Maltaâs long Summers and warm Winter months.
Get to the property by taxi, bus or your own rented car (ample street parking is available) and walk into our brand new holiday home which is flooded with natural light - itâs a grand Zzzing Home that you will love. The entrance is chic - youâll be intuitively led to an open fully equipped kitchen/living/dining area which is really large and has a front outdoor area. You and your guests will love exploring this gem. Next youâll walk through the wide corridor where youâll find a collection of different sized bedrooms two of which have an ensuite and double beds, the other two sleeping suites have single beds. Weâve added a guest sofa bed in one of the bedrooms for groups larger than 8 and weâve included a baby cot too. There's a really nice guest bathroom and a spacious games room complete with a Billiard Table, a Smart TV and a bar area. Wander through the corridors and walk out to a small yet super fitness area with a kids play space that your young ones will adore. Finally, the grand finale and the place where you will be spending the most time - a lavish outdoor area complete with a BBQ, sun beds, outdoor furniture and a really nice heated jacuzzi.
Views from the outdoor space are just as breath-taking. Outstanding.
Guest Access:
The property has a lockbox with the main building key, and the apartment is accessed via a smart lock, open with a unique code for each guest.
Guests can access all areas of this holiday home except for the lock-up garage which is used as a storage space.
The Neighborhood:
Thereâs lots to explore and tons to do in St Paulâs Bay & close by areas for tourists of all ages and types. Bus access is great whether you want to visit our capital city Valletta, walk through our beautiful villages, or hop on a boat from Cirkewwa to spend a few hours on our sister island Gozo. If youâre renting a car you can park in the main road, right infront of the property.
Getting Around:
The islandâs compact size makes exploring charming towns and stunning coastal views easy, while ferry services connect you to nearby islands like Gozo and Comino. You can easily explore the islands of Malta by renting a car, taking a bus, or opting for a taxi, all of which are simple solutions.
