Luxury villa with stunning sea view!

This unique and completely renovated villa is located on the 24/7 secured Coral Estate park on Curaçao. The luxury villa has been completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences.

It is completely free & private on a corner of the park with its own driveway and offers 180° spectacular sea view from the very spacious pool deck with swimming pool and terrace.

The interior is in beach style; hip & modern. The pool deck is completely private without being overlooked.

The spacious villa has a modern living room with sofa, chair and spacious kitchen with bar and bar chairs. There is a Samsung TV with internet. The villa of course has wifi.

The lovely living room with modern kitchen is equipped with a transparent roller shutter of 7 meters wide, which can be opened completely. This connects the living room with the spacious terrace with shade. On the terrace there is a large dining table for ten people. So you have the idea that you are living outside!

The luxury residential villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs on the same level as the living room and kitchen. Bedroom 1 and 2 share a spacious bathroom. Bedroom 3 has its own bathroom.

In the basement (two steps down) there are two more very spacious bedrooms with a very spacious bathroom in the middle to share. These bedrooms (no. 4 and 5) are separately accessible with their own key.

As mentioned above, the villa has a very spacious shaded terrace with a large dining table, luxury barbecue and 2 extra sitting areas.

The terrace is connected to the spacious pool deck and the lovely swimming pool, the sun beds and a sitting area by means of a staircase. There are no parasols on the pool deck. The swimming pool is cleaned once a week on Sundays.

The view of the sea from the terrace and the pool deck is absolutely phenomenal here. Here you can sit and enjoy the sea view during the day and in the evening and the setting sun in the evening!

The bedrooms in the basement open if the villa is occupied by 7 people or more. On special request for 6 persons or less, the extra bedrooms can also be used, but there will be extra costs for bed linen, cleaning and electricity.

There are more than enough towels available. No special beach towels.

The Coral Estate park has three restaurants, a public swimming pool, a beach with sunbeds and a diving school. Car hire is recommended, as a supermarket is not within walking distance.

Our price is based on a stay with 2 persons. Additional persons pay an additional fee for water, electricity, cleaning, bed linen and towels. The owner's fee is the final cleaning of the villa. You are requested to leave the villa broom clean and the barbecue also clean. If something is broken, you can report this to our local host before departure.

Air conditioning use is limited to the evening/night. If you wish to use it during the day, there will be an additional charge. This will be billed on a post-calculation basis.
